Has never been so easy to rent! Thanks to Rayan for helping me through the search as well as during documentation and contract. I have been impressed with the level of professionalism, hard working attitude and customer care.

The Trusted AgentVery poor
Not impressed. We were selling our property and they were not very good. The agents were very poor quality and did not know anything about property. We have a large immaculate property. We have been approached by another agency so we are ending things with Martyn Gerrard and going with the new agent.
Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear that you have had a less that 5* service from any of our staff. We take feedback like this very seriously and are very keen to know where we failed to deliver our normal high level of service. It is important for us to know what we could have done to make our service 5*, It would be great to catch up either by phone or email to discuss. The Trusted AgentMarlon Browne was brilliant.
Marlon got our offer accepted against competition. Even though the mortgage offer dragged, due to an incompetant Mortgage Broker, Marlon still managed to keep our offer in first place. He was a pleasure to deal with.

The Trusted AgentVery friendly and helpful staff
Mr Tyler Gorman helped us a lot to find an affordable and great place to rent in our desirable area in a very short time which we really appreciate, he arranged various property viewings in accordance to our preferences which was quite helpful and gave us a chnace to compare different flats to choose the best one. The tenancy agreement was fair and some changes has been made as we requested . Overall the services that we have received were absolutely brilliant. Definitely recommend martyn and gerrard to everyone

The Trusted AgentA pleasure to work with!
Sophie from the Finchley Central office was brilliant. She was super helpful and reliable. She stood apart from other agents we had dealt with previously in that she was consistently on time, responsive, and proactive about keeping the process on track. Plus, she was always smiling and happy to help - even when I'm sure we were driving her mad with our questions! Sophie's warmth and encouragement throughout, made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. We will definitely give her a shout if we need an agent again.

The Trusted AgentExcellent tailored service
We recently purchased a house through Sophie Henry with the Finchley Central branch. She provided an excellent tailored service, really trying to suit the properties she showcased to our particular requirements and giving us the heads up on the pipeline of properties before they were formally listed. Once our offer had been accepted she was diligent in keeping us up to speed on a four-person chain and helping us move to successful exchange and completion. I would be happy to work with her again.

The Trusted AgentExcellent Attentive On the Ball Service Throughout
Just to say that I received excellent service from Amir throughout the sale of the property. This has been a property which whilst desirable, was on the market for quite a time.. Amir found the buyer, and assisted every step of the way, being proactive at every turn until completion today. As a former salesman, I felt that Amir handled the matter in the way that I would have dealt with it, being polite, patient & courteous throughout. I can only really say good things about Amir & Martyn Gerard.

I think Martyn Gerrard has the profile, and local coverage to be the best in this area (N3) Also I can't fault the service we received from Sophie Henry, Great communication and professional throughout the process. The Trusted AgentFlat 3 4 Cyprus Road, Finchley Central
Hi Martyn Gerrard, My girlfriend and I have just exchanged on the purchase of the above property. We are first time buyers so needed slightly more assistance than most! We viewed the flat through Sophie Henry who knew exactly what she was talking about and was probably the most impressive agent we dealt with during our "looking for a flat period". She didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but provided honest and frank advice. She was always on hand to advise us on what to do next and was really good at managing our expectations as well as the vendors expectations. We have managed to exchange in 5.5 weeks and i am sure we'd still be 'faffing' about if it hadn't been for Sophie pushing the deal in the right direction. Thanks, Joe Newton & Lauren Fraylich
