The entire process took a very long drawn out 6 months from start to finish and no where in that period did MG service waiver. GoogleIf I could leave less than a star then I would - unfortunately this is not possible. Ana Nikolova arranged a viewing with us at a property for 12.45 pm on a Saturday - she turned up after 1 pm without keys to the property. Her excuse was that the builders have keys and she thought they would be in (note it was 1 pm on a Saturday - I would be surprised if any builder was there). She then offered to show us the back garden but we weren't planning to live in the garden and so we left. I had travelled over an hour on the tube after a night shift - what an absolute waste of time and money. A terrible excuse for professionalism. I would definitely not recommend this agency.

GoogleAdvised my landlord who had already given me the heads up to go that she shouldn't have allowed then. Then between them tried to force me to stay in a old dirty run down property with my young baby with no boiler. I held back rent and was promised to be reimbursed but it was never discussed instead upon exiting I was advised they want this mash down house rebuilt off my pocket...... I DONT THINK SO !!!!! My daughter was I'll most of the tenancy which was only 16 week's and within this time they she claimed for a while house repaint. Removal of broken sofas and extra cleaning that was never ever done in the house. You should of seen what it was like before hand. Absolutely ridiculous place. Read reviews before you go into any contract. Disgrace!!!!!

Martyn Gerrard have been letting my properties for several years and they have always delivered quality service and tenants. I have dealt with many agents as property developer and landlord and must say haven’t found any to match the quality of MG this far. Recently I was impressed again by Moshi who I believe has recently joined the team. Must say another good addition to the team. Impressed me with his sales skill and delivered what he promised. With 24 hours arranged access, visited the property, completed valuation and then sent me the T&Cs including and attractive rental valuation, all in less than 24 hours. Confident he will deliver the end result as his colleagues have done in the past.
