I had a protracted sales process when buying a house which was nothing to do with Michael Jones or the staff, but it did mean I had more contact with them. I was impressed each step of the way as they kept me informed and seemed on the ball throughout.All in all Michael Jones and especially James who was my main contact after the chain completed was very professional and responded quickly to any calls or emails.Would recommend.

I have recently renewed my tenancy contract as a landlord. I live abroad and Michael Jones manages my property for me. I mainly do everything by email but sometimes I need to talk to a real person and every time I need to sort anything out, it is always done quickly and diligently. I have dealt with a few different people from various departments and I have always been extremely satisfied with the handling of my property. Thank you to Sue and Jane for arranging my latest contract and to Kirsty for dealing with the property inspections. It is always much appreciated.

From the time I first met Richard and throughout a challenging sale process he has been there coordinating throughout toEnsure a successful outcome where I am sure many would have failed . Richard and his team are hands on and mange everything within their team from the marketing to progressing the sale and this is definitely a bonus of how this company operates and it gives the personal touch too . Nothing has been too much trouble and the whole team are also a credit as they are always polite and professional at all times . Excellent service throughout our purchase from start to finish with an especially large thank you to Paul Jackson. We were moving from a distance and Paul was professional, responsive, empathetic and delivered the service to us as buyers that we thought had disappeared and in marked contract with our selling agents. Calls and emails were always promptly answered and the whole process ran smoothly until the last few days before exchange when Paul stepped in and was very proactive in helping resolve a last minute problem. Michael Jones, and Paul in particular, are highly recommended and thanks also go to Louis in Goring and Daisy in the town centre office.

From on market go live date to completion date was 80 days thanks to Richard and his team! Richard has been a pleasure to deal with, so knowledgeable about the area, friendly and professional, making a stressful time so easy for me. Richard also recommended a wonderful established solicitor in Rustington, which has also made the process quick and efficient. A fantastic experience I highly recommend using Michael Jones.

GoogleWe registered with six Estate Agents at the end of 2019 and Symonds and Reading were the business that decided to go the extra mile to help us find the property we were looking for. Roger and then Angela helped us over the months (despite the difficulties with Covid-19) and after viewing many properties Angela found us the property we have now bought. Angela and Roger could not have been more helpful or patient. Great service and always with a smile. Thank you.

Stop bloody emailing me! I have unsubscribed from their emails about 10 times and they don't stop. I've never rented from them and I only called them once to book a viewing and they have incessantly emailed me about properties ever since. Shut up, go away, get bent

Rob Steward handled the refurbishment of the kitchen in our tenanted flat to the satisfaction of ourselves the owners and the tenant. There were a few glitches and delays along the way due to unavoidable issues for the contractor. Rob handled the situation and kept us all informed and up to date at all times. Throughout our move process, Michael Jones were excellent. Most of our dealings were with Richard Heppenstall, who was very attentive and communicated at every stage - both with us, and with our buyers. The process was quite protracted due to circumstances further up the chain, but Richard kept everything on track and was very helpful in pushing both our sale and our purchase over the line. Superb service.

My wife and I will shortly be completing on a move to a property sold through Michael Jones. From my first call to book a viewing right through to exchange of contracts, the team there have been helpful and facilitative. Some agents can be overprotective of sellers to the detriment of a smooth sale process but I found MJ to be transparent and open in everything they did.We’ve moved house 5 times and this was by far the best experience we have had with a selling agent.
