This review is related to a specific employee in particular - Rob Steward.Throughout the process of getting the deposit return, Rob has been extremely prompt with communication while maintaining a professional voice.He has contacted me by phone in regard to my first email, clearly indicating of his intentions to resolve the matter on a mutually-beneficial basis.Despite this process being rough for some, Rob has helped smooth it out, with prompt communication between both parties (us and landlord).It is important to distinguish between the outcome of the deposit return and the way the agent handles it, and Rob has been exemplary. Despite my infrequent responses, Rob has always replied immediately, clearly indicating his professionalism and will to get the job done.I wish we would have had Rob as an agent from the start, would have made the tenancy a smoother process!

Great experience from beginning to end. Louis and Tina from the goring branch made everything so easy. Communication was really good. Once we had an offer we then dealt with Lisa (Holden) in the worthing office. She simply was incredible! The sale was quite simple but we had a few obstacles in the way. I cannot thank Lisa enough for all she did to get us to completion day. I really felt she went over and above to help us and communication was brilliant. I really will miss speaking with her. As I live overseas the logistics were not easy, but Darren, Louis and Tina did everything they could to make the process easier. I would recommend Michael Jones if selling your house. They sold mine for me and suggested what I could do in order to make the house more saleable. This was key in selling the house so much quicker than other similar houses in the area, and for slightly more money! Unfortunately they do not communicate between themselves so tell you all different things. They now use an external company for referencing which automatically fails credit checks so you have to pay for them to garentor (even if you have a personal garentor). They are quick to chase you for information but will not respond when you request something. Definitely research before handing money to them as they do not stick to the laws around renting.
