We found Sarah and her staff in the Alton office extremely professional, understanding and helpful at all stages of the selling process. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area. They have a wealth of knowledge on all things property and even advised on renting out if we needed to and price reductions. The office is well organised. The after offer acceptance contact from Gary was also first rate.

I don’t have a lot of dealings with my letting agents, however recently I emailed Chelsea for some correspondence to be sent to me. I had no idea what I actually needed, thankfully I landed on my feet! Chelsea clearly knows her job well and sent me everything I needed in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. I needed some refurbishment work undertaken on my property in Worthing and was put in contact with Rob Steward and his refurb team at Michael Jones in Worthing. Rob quickly arranged a meeting at the property where we discussed the scope of work to be undertaken and the timescales.In very short time, Rob had lined up suitable contractors who provided detailed quotes for the required work and arranged for a meeting on site. The contractors were great and did a great job! Rob and his team kept me updated on progress throughout every stage of the process and have a provided a seamless end to end service which I am delighted with. I would highly recommend Rob and his team to anyone else looking to have refurbishment work carried out.

Mazie- what a kind and knowledgeable lady. Had a great experience at a viewing with her, she had answers for all questions and made us feel at ease and like no question was silly. She is truly lovely, and would recommend requesting her for a viewing. Had some miscommunication in the booking process but it was entirely my fault and was met with nothing but a smile and very positive experience. Definitely a credit to the charters team!

They are a great team from Rob who arranged the viewing and negotiated, to Mark who kept in touch with me and the solicitors during the process, to Jane who stepped in when Mark was on holuday and then back to Rob on completion day who drove me to the flat and came in to ensure everything was ok.
