I had a change in tenants and had a few issues that needed sorting out, from the previous tenants moving out and the new tenant moving in. As I live abroad, I have a fully managed service. I am pleased to say that everything was coordinated between the relevant departments and communicated with me via email or phone calls. A huge thanks to Loren and George for their assistance in ensuring a smooth transition.

Worthing - Unfortunately they do not communicate…

Unfortunately they do not communicate between themselves so tell you all different things. They now use an external company for referencing which automatically fails credit checks so you have to pay for them to garentor (even if you have a personal garentor). They are quick to chase you for information but will not respond when you request something. Definitely research before handing money to them as they do not stick to the laws around renting.

Joe Hammond couldn’t of done more for us…

Joe Hammond has been assisting us with our house purchase of 18 The Martlets. For what has been a painfully long journey for us all, Joe has been nothing short of incredible. He kept us updated constantly, was always on hand to answer our many questions and phone calls over the whole time period. He made us feel like we was his 1st priority. On what hasn’t been the most straight forward time, Joe remained positive and proactive throughout the whole process. I Highly Recommend Michael Jones Worthing Branch

I highly recommend Michael Jones for their professionalism throughout the buying and selling process. Jane Tomlinson, Sales Progressor went above and beyond her remit on the sale of my Mother's property. She was constantly on the phone passing information on to the buyer to speed up the process. Basically, Jane did the job which the solicitors should have done! It was unfortunate that the solicitors took almost 7 months to complete even though it was an empty flat my Mother bought and her buyer was a first time buyer! From the moment Oliver Strotten walked into our home to provide a valuation of our property, I knew immediately that we would be using Michael Jones. His experience and professionalism mixed with such a lovely personality made it such an easy choice to choose to market with MJ over other valuations that we’d had earlier on. Found a buyer immediately from the first set of viewings and then we were handed over to the lovely Karlie Davis. Where do I start, she continued the impeccable service that we’d had up until that point and that carried on all the way to the point of completion. For such a small chain we had such a long time until completion, but this was down to the seller of the house that we were buying, during which time Karlie went above and beyond my expectations continuously. I can’t overstate how happy I was with the service that she has provided to us, she is such a polite and friendly person to deal with and just made everything seem so easy, replying very quickly to any queries that we had. I can imagine this is such a stressful environment, but she always came to me with such a happy and positive attitude. I can’t thank you enough.

Last time we bought property was decades ago.

We recently made a property purchase from this branch and our Sales Progressor was Karlie Davies.Now both my partner and myself haven't done this in decades, so we were fairly in the dark about best ways to proceed and progress the purchase.
