GoogleFar too much reliance now on 'bot' style services that staff seem incapable of interacting with. Asked to stay longer in property, no reply for over a week and then served with a repossession order!! Now I have an all day appointment to check the property over the *day after* I'm supposed to have moved out. Rarely respond to emails.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleI have received excellent service from Leaders for the past 10 years. Any problems regarding the properties in terms of maintenance, have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently and our properties have never been vacant for more than 2 weeks before an alternative tenant has taken occupancy. I can highly recommend this letting agent.
