GoogleHave rented with leaders for over 6 years. Appalling check out report after saying for the 6 years how clean and well looked after the property was. DON'T RENT WITH THEM. They go round looking for any thing to take money off your deposit. Disgusting people to rent with.
Hi Michelle, We’re really sorry to read that you’ve been dissatisfied with the experience you’ve had with us and our team at Felixstowe at the end of your tenancy. We strive to deliver an excellent level of service to all of our customers throughout their experience with us but really regret to hear that you haven’t received this from us during the deposit release process. Any proposed deductions that are put forward when a tenant vacates the property are done after comparing the inventory report from the beginning of the Tenancy with the check-out report produced at the end of the tenancy. The full deposit has been released to you and this has been explained previously by the property management team. GoogleThe Felixstowe office is run by Manager Carl with great efficiency. My main contact is the next in line, a young lady named Leonie. The service these two give along with their support staff is second to none. Their instant knowledge of all my lettings along with the Landlord regulation changes is to be applauded. As a Landlord I am kept fully informed by email, News Letters and daily contact. Leaders Felixstowe are a well run operation who are fortunate to have Carl and Leonie as management members of staff.

GoogleI have always thought highly of Leaders at Felixstowe. Proactive assistance to landlord and tenants requests. Must be a difficult job at times but staff are always diplomatic and competent. They have been my most preferred letting agent in the area.

GoogleI have recently rented a property through leaders Felixstowe and I couldn't of asked for better service. Becky dealt with us from start to finish, she is an asset to the company her polite and friendly manner is second to none. All of the team are always ready to help and I think this comes from the attitude of the manager who has built a great team.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
