Hi have rented with leaders for years and have recently been looking at various different properties trying to find the perfect fit for my family and I. We were not in a rush to move but wanted to downsize and because we were going from a large four-bed looking for a small three-bed the house had to be perfect to match loosing the living space. Georgia was so patient with me. We viewed countless properties together over the space of about six-months and didn't find anything. But we viewed the last property recently and I absolutely fell in love. Georgia fought for me to get this property speaking with the landlord and providing a great reference and securing me the property within 24 hours of my first viewing! Both Liz and Ryan were fundamental in helping me; not only finding a buyer but being there through the whole of the buying process. They have a great way of staying in touch via a WhatsApp group, which meant I didn’t have endless missed calls or have to play callback ping pong, whilst I worked. Very disappointed in this estate agents. We reported damage to the fence which collapses every time there is a gust of wind, unfortunately we have small children and a dog and so does our neighbour, this leaves the garden exposed and is now a security issue as the fence is now in a state of disrepair. Having made the complaint over a year ago we have had several trades people round, sometimes the same person more than once, to quote and re quote to replace the fence. However over a year of back and forwards emails there is STILL no resolution. Promised phone calls and emails that never materialise. An agent came to do a house inspection last year and reported carpets need replacing and so to does the bath panel ( which we didn't ask for) however this has also been left after having several trades people call round to quote for these as well. There has been no mention of these, understandably our main concern is the security and safety of our home and family. The commutation is abysmal, I do understand that things take time but when there is no communication to confirm what has or hasn't been done to resolve this issue. As a result we will be contacting citizens advice as this is unacceptable. Side note, we were promised a phone call today and again we received nothing even after sending yet another email.

My Partner and I came into the office last week to see what properties Leaders had available for us to rent for our first home together. Georgia greeted us both with a warm smile and welcomed us in, sat us down and explored all of our options, including giving us unbiased advice. Everyone we spoke to in the office was amazing and when we had a viewing, Georgia was there again to greet us. Though the property wasn't what we needed, Georgia went above and beyond to provide a great service with the hopes that we'd find the right place! Lis and the team at Leaders were an enormous help in selling our home in such a tough market. Lis couldn't have done more for us when we had such uncommunicative solicitors to contend with. We'd still have weeks ahead of us despite being chain-free from all parties if it wasn't for Lis keeping things moving and chasing all sides. Lis was so flexible with communication when I was in another part of the world with a weak WiFi service, but still kept me well informed nonetheless. Leaders did all of the viewings for us, a huge help when working away or for those with awkward shifts. Can't thank them enough!
