After dealing with an absolutely unreliable agencies we were nicely surprised and well impressed with Felixstowe Leaders team's approach. Olivia, our Agent, is dedicated to her job rising the standards for the industry. The absolute worst estate agents I've ever dealt with, rented a home here in the past couple years that within weeks was full of black mold, water pouring through the ceiling and into electrical outlets/the fuse box, I regularly had a flooded kitchen, porch and dining area every time it rained, the plaster was soaked through and would just fall off as well as nails sticking out of floor boards and upstairs neighbors who also rented from the same place playing loud music, smoking in my porch & being threatening and abusive all the time, the estate agents did nothing, never even investigated or came over to inspect. I was left thousands of pounds out of pocket due to water damage & terrified of violet neighbors. My landlord would turn up unexpected, and would invite various trades people over to do work on the place without telling me while my valuables were on display. Varrious staff members were rude, unforgiving and incredibly disorganized, they never knew what was going on and left me sat in a car for 7 hours because they forgot to do my paperwork on moving in day, 8 months of a horrific property that was originally presented to me with no issues whatsoever...Nothing was ever rectified till I threatened to get a damp inspect in and was then told to leave immediately. Absolutely appalling, would never ever deal with leaders again, ever.
