FacebookI have been treated appallingly by this rubbish estate agent. They don't reply to messages, never chase anything up, lazy. The house I was buying off them, the seller pulled out, all I got was a short email. Not even a courtesy phone call.

Its appalling that you would falsely slander a company when you are annoyed at the fact the vendors have pulled out, which is totally out of our control. We totally understand it is very frustrating but to call our staff lazy is uncalled for, we have chased with the vendors daily, we are "No Sale, No Fee" It's in our best interest to sell the property. We simply got ignored which we would have thought you would understand considering they ignored you also. Our apologies that you were not happy with an email and would have prefer a curtesy call to inform you they eventually let us know they will not be selling. We wish you the best of luck in finding a new property.

You called on a Wednesday and was told the vendor works in the NHS and is very busy and likes to get back to us on a Friday afternoon to confirm all viewings. We prebooked you in on the Saturday waiting for confirmation off the vendor. We then called back when we had confirmation off the vendor like we informed you. I'm failing to see how that is utter incompetence on our part. However we will he happy to discuss this when you next call about your offer as its quite disappointing to receive a 1 star review for this. ☹️

Multiple times they gave incorrect viewer info to me and viewers said they had the same problem.
Instead of calling when the buyer pulled out, I received a one line email and forwarded message.
