My apologies that you feel you did not receive a 5* service with us. When a property sells it is up to the vendor if they chose to carry on with viewings that are already booked in after the point of agreed sale. Unfortunately they chose to cancel all viewings, this can be inconvenient at times and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Good luck with your house hunt. 😊

This is unfortunate that you have rated us a 1 star as we have spoken to you and explained four times that the property you are enquiring about is sold and completed. We understand that u feel a house sale can fall through and this can be the case on some occasions, however when the property is completed, buyers have purchased the property and are the new owners. So unfortunately we cannot take you to view the property, we are more than happy to take you on a viewing at one of our properties that is still on the market. 😁
