GoogleHad a very positive experience selling my house with Saxon Shore. Richard and Kim were always available to answer any of my queries, and maintained a high level of professionalism in their handling of the sale of my house during the Coronavirus pandemic. From the initial valuations of my house, Richard was very sympathetic to my circumstances and was considerably more polite than the other estate agents. Kim was also a great help in finalising the sale of my house. Without her help, the selling process could have taken a lot longer. I would highly recommend Saxon Shore as their services are both personal and of a very high standard.

GoogleFrom Richard’s valuation and expertise to Pauline’s stunning photography and viewing hosting skills to Kim’s friendly communication and chain chasing, it has been a pleasure working with them all from start to finish! Nothing has been too much trouble. The team are a delight and I’d highly recommend using them to sell or purchase a home. We had a full asking price offer within 48 hours and even when our first forward purchase fell through, Kim kept our buyers informed and reassured until we found a new property. You don’t often get that level of attention and communication from some of the “bigger” agents. 5 stars well deserved!

And second, Pauline’s outstanding photographs presented the house in the very best possible light. Every agent will take photos of your property, of course, but I’m convinced that the first impression created by Pauline’s images was directly responsible for the immediate and high level of interest from buyers. 100% recommend Saxon Shore to anyone selling their property in Faversham and the surrounding areas!
