Really really fantastic staff, made me and my partner feel so at ease with everything, bearing in mind it’s our first time renting, we cannot wait to get in, thankyou so much for all your help and hard work. My experience of Saxon Shore has been a good one. Excellent at the stages of valuation and viewings. Although the process of moving towards completion had several delays, caused by other parties, overall communication from Saxon Shore was clear. The fees were also competitive. I can’t say enough about Saxon shore they were so kind when no one else would help me. They were professional very helpful and honestly I couldn’t say enough about them I really owe them a lot, they helped me when no one else would. If it wasn’t for them I would of been on the streets what a lovely family run business highly highly recommend!!!!

Richard, Pauline and Kim did a fantastic job and provided an excellent service - by far the best of the several estate agents I have used in Faversham. I would definitely recommend Saxon Shore. They were attentive to our needs, quick to respond to any queries or concerns we had, they listened to us and were very friendly genuine and honest. We had a super stressful move (sale and purchase). But the team at Saxon Shore were amazing: doggedly fighting our corner, chasing solictors, reassuring us, explaining things, etc. Can't recommend enough. Also, sold our house super quick (and not by undervaluing the house).
