Richard, Pauline, Kim and the rest of the Saxon Shore team have been tremendously helpful in securing our home in Faversham. After several years of living in the city, we grew more and more desperate to find somewhere in the countryside with history and character, that would make the perfect place to call home for a good while. The team helped us every step of the way; from understanding our existing rental contract and our notice options, to liaising with the landlord on our priorities as tenants. We felt very well represented by Richard, who only works with exceptional landlords - the ones who truly respect their properties and take great care in finding the right tenants. A universal difference from the London agency experience. The Saxon Shore team are kind, well-mannered, knowledgeable, incredibly professional and don’t play any silly agency games that are far too often the experience nowadays. The team are personable from the start of the process through to the finish line. Every house sale is going to be stressful, however, Richard and Kim have such a good understanding of the process, a wealth of experience and knowledge and any question is never too silly to ask. Every time I have phoned them throughout the process the whole team are all fully briefed, know what to do and how to help. The phones are manned at all times which is imperative especially at the early stages when you are selling your property. So many estate agents pop the answer phone on and go on visits and you can't get through to anyone. At Saxon Shore, communication is key to success and this is what Richard and his team have in place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOUR SALES & LETTINGS Saxon Shore really stand out from any Estate Agent I have used and I have been renting for over 20 years due to the nature of my work. Richard's communication was speedy, concise and clear. The viewing was very welcoming and friendly and Richard's first priority was to highlight what the property's quirks and 'flaws' were as opposed to the focussing merely on all the plus points!! This transparency is so refreshing and I instantly trusted him during the viewing. The tenancy checks and process were completed within a fortnight and the process is hassle-free with a self-login portal to update the documentation and keep track of where you are. It's a rare find to have a company provide professionalism, efficiency and personal touch in equal measure in such a competitive industry! Good values and this is evident in the customer service throughout.

The chain was quite sizable, and was mentally tough on both myself and my family; however Richard, Kim and the team were on hand to help manage our own expectations, guide us through the process and also do this in a way that represented the seller in a way that benefits both parties. When we decided to sell our home, we had numerous agents vying for our custom. We chose to go with Saxon Shore because they are local and not a large national company and also because we felt the advice they gave us was sound and realistic.
