I have now used Saxon Shore both to purchase a property and, more recently, to sell, and I honestly cannot fault them. The whole team has been absolutely brilliant throughout. My recent sale wasn’t without its challenges, but Kim and the team were incredibly supportive and proactive, always willing to help move things forward. Their communication, reassurance and persistence made a real difference during what was a very stressful process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Saxon Shore to anyone buying or selling, they're a fantastic team who genuinely care about getting the best outcome for their clients.

Richard and his team are absolutely brilliant. Professional, supportive, spot on in terms of their knowledge and understanding of the market in Faversham. Richard is very pragmatic and honest, and we achieved the price I wanted. Pauline really is a fantastic photographer and when I see property details from other agents , there’s really no comparison. Kim has been professional, supportive and kind, especially at times of inevitable stress and frustration. Beth, super helpful, polite and responsive. Saxon shore were incredible! This is myself and my husbands first house and the process was so smooth! We want to say a special thank you to Kim who made communicating and understanding the process so easy. We fell in love with a house and they were there to make sure everything went as it should for us to get into our first home together. Sold our house in 4 days. 10/10 to Saxon Shore for managing a complex sale. Buying & selling in Faversham, we’ve met every estate agent in town, and having had a bad experience with a long-established agent previously, we felt nervous about selling our property. However, on meeting the team at Saxon Shore we felt really happy to progress. Richard has a great overview of the market, and everything he said was spot on, he really put us at ease. The photographer is excellent, an artist rather than a member of staff having a go. And Kim is exceptional and stuck the course and navigated a really tricky timescale and scenario like an absolute pro. She went above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough. They know what they’re doing, they care, they work hard. Could not fault them.

Richard, Kim and team were my first choice for estate agents when deciding to sell my house on the creek. I was not disappointed; though the sale proved to be more difficult than anticipated, due to changes in the market and my buyers’ buyer dropping out twice. In the end we managed to get the sales through for both myself and my actual buyer. Saxon Shore was responsive and friendly, more importantly though, they gauged the market correctly and did not give me false hopes of an overpriced sell, the timescale etc. My house was first put in the market one week before Prime Minister L.T.’s disastrous decisions, which had severe ramifications on the housing market. Saxon Shore saw me through this unforeseen and difficult time with sound advice. I would recommend this agent; they know their market, staff are friendly, responsive, and approachable, it was pleasure to deal with them.

Highly recommended, a real pleasure to work with. I had 3 valuations booked with local estate agents and I can honestly say they were head and shoulders above the rest! The high standard that was set never dropped throughout the whole process of selling our property, it really did put my mind at ease and knew it was all in safe hands. The initial valuation carried out by Richard & Kieran was very transparent. They were very clear on what would be achievable, no additional charges and it was clear from the off that they had the drive and passion to sell our property. The photography carried out by Pauline was outstanding and really did help show our property to its full potential at a competitive selling fee. Our property soon sold after a short time on the market and then in come Kim, who continued to take care of the sale right through to completion. I can honestly say Kim pretty much removed the stress away from this part of the sale.
