GoogleFrom start to finish everyone at Saxon Shore went above and beyond to help the sale of my house and found me my onward purchase. They kept me up to date with the progress and were always willing to help with any queries. Because they are a small company you get that extra personal experience. GoogleI’ve just exchanged on the second property I’ve sold through Saxon Shore in the last year. Richard and Kim genuinely offer a great service, and if I were asked to recommend someone to friends and family, without hesitation I’d say use Saxon Shore. I always dread tasks like selling houses, as sometimes you encounter people who are full of ‘what you want to hear’, which for me is the biggest turn off. Richard and Kim are straight down the line, you feel like they’re telling you what you need to hear, and I value that honesty and professionalism; after all that’s what you’re paying for! Good feedback, great communication, know the local market inside out and very personable. I’m desperately hoping I’m not moving again for a while, but if I were, this is where I’d go. Thanks both!

GoogleThis team is honestly amazing for both vendor and buyer. We've had some very horrible experiences with estate agents which meant we took a break from house hunting. Saxon Shore gave us a really pleasant experience and made us remember that buying your first home could be fun too. GoogleWe cannot praise Richard and his dedicated team enough for the unprecedented service that we received when putting our house on the market , especially the fact that we live in Leicester and Saxon Shore are based in Faversham. We had read glowing reports and reviews about their own methods and entirely new approach to selling property , this backed up by numerous awards presented by the industry. Our property went live on the internet in late September 2018 was viewed and an offer above our asking price was accepted by us in early October 2018 . Our buyer was from Exmouth in Devon which only goes to prove the far reaching arms of the Saxon Shore Estate Agency. Totally recommended.
