Saxon Shore Faversham reviews

Thanks Valerie, lovely to be appreciated by one of our regular clients! Kindest regards Richard & The Team

Hi Adriana, I am sorry to see you have given us a one star review. As far as I can see we have only dealt with you via an email enquiry you made to us via Zoopla at 6:50pm on Saturday the 25th November. My colleague replied to you on Monday the 27th (our next opening time) at 9:04am asking you for a little more information we would need to arrange a viewing. You then respond to us at 9:48am with the information we asked for and asking for a little more information about what was meant by short term let. My colleague replied one minute later with this information and we never heard again from you. I am at a loss to understand why you feel this excellent response level warrants a one star review and would ask you to consider how important reviews are to a small local company such as ours. We currently have 124 reviews 120 of which are 5 stars so your 1 star is not reflective of the excellent service we offer to all of our clients. If you have anything else you wish to make me aware of regarding dealings with us I would urge you to contact me at the office to discuss. I wish you a happy Christmas and new year and hope that you may reconsider if this review is fair to my team who pride themselves on doing a great job. Regards Richard

Hi Rose, I’m not sure if you have the right company or maybe use a different name online but we have no record of a rose ratcliffe having ever had dealings with us? We have no buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords or applicants registered with us under that name ? Look forward to hearing from you. Richard Saxon Shore
