GoogleThese lovely ladies and their team took over my tenancy a couple of years ago and they went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, in and out of office hours. They personally introduced themselves and ensured everything was smoothly transferred over along with any reminders etc. They truly are amazing and very professional and so so lovely. I recently moved out of the area and from the moment I inquired about how I needed to start the process, they were with me, holding my hand all the way, reassuring me, guiding me and right up to the end (over christmas!) they were there for me. I cannot highly recommend Louise and Katie and their team enough, and wish them all the very best for the future. I really will miss them all. xx

GoogleI had an extremely unpleasant experience with LK LettingsCo and their landlord. I left the property in good condition, with photo and video evidence, yet they unjustifiably withheld part of my deposit without providing any clear proof. On top of that, their communication was very poor, delayed responses and a complete lack of transparency regarding the deductions made. They also ignored the issues I reported during my tenancy. I strongly advise avoiding this agency and landlord if you want a fair and professional rental experience!

GoogleLK lettings have been nothing but fantastic through every part of my house move and now being my landlords. Firstly the move was fantastic and the team at LK were friendly and approachable. They made my house move so smooth and trouble free even when my previous landlords caused problems by withholding information. Now I’ve been in the new house for a few months and have had a few small teething problems. LK were the same friendly, helpful team they were for the move and handled the problems I had with the house quickly and efficiently. They were also very happy to work with me and made me feel comfortable when talking about some financial issues. 10/10. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

GoogleM7M were very prompt with getting arranged with our new property. There was one delay which it is still unsure what happened but once that was in hand the turn around was very quick to ensure we were in on time
Hi Sarah, Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate your kind words in relation to your move into your property and are glad that the process met your needs along the way. Following your mention of a delay, we do always endeavour to get from the application stage to contract stage as quickly as we can and provide a tenancy agreement to sign as quickly as possible, as long as our process allow its. On this occasion due to dates deposits were paid and certain legal paperwork for the protection of your deposit being produced by the TDS scheme, we could only have provided paperwork to you slightly earlier than we did, as we can’t issue the contracts until we have this all in place but we do appreciate the eagerness to move it all along quickly from your side. All paperwork was sent in usual time frames prior to your move in date to sign and return in good time and we are glad it all went smoothly.
