We had an excellent experience with Kamran at M&M Properties. From start to finish he was incredibly professional, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Kamran was always friendly, considerate, and more than happy to answer any questions we had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only efficient and knowledgeable but also so approachable and easy to deal with. His communication was great, and he made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and well handled. I’ve been renting through M&M for nearly a year, though my search had begun sooner than that. I was a bit nervous at first due to horror stories I’ve heard about other letting agents, but to me they remain as just that - stories. I originally got the recommendation from my mum who bought a house through the agency. It is tough to find a place as a young first time renter, but thanks to Daniel, who has since left, I managed to move into my flat. The team at M&M are a very hard working, patient bunch and I’ve never had any sort of negative experience. All repairs and maintenance are tended to quickly and I’ve never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response to an email. Special thank yous to Chris Hollins, Karen Sirett, and Marie Ivey, who are much more patient and kind with me than I ever could’ve been. Recently moved to the UK and subsequently Leighton Buzzard. It was difficult to even get a call back or response from an agent- but then we stumbled onto a lovely property represented by Vincent from M&M. I had a call back almost instantly, an understanding person at the other end of a line, and a viewing reserved within less than 24 hours. Absolutely faultless service from both the Lettings Team, especially Chris Hollins, and The Sales Team. We let our property, through Chris initially, for 14 years without a single problem for us. Now that we have come to sell Michael Sibley and Charlotte Hendry were brilliant. Despite all odds they managed to get a 2nd buyer before Christmas. Kate Peplow saw this through to exchange of Contracts. We were kept informed every step of the way, very detailed information at all times. Chris was amazing he was very understanding. We used LK Lettings to find an apartment for a couple we sponsored from Ukraine. We dealt mainly with Lexie, Louise and Jasmine who were all incredibly helpful but everyone we spoke to was always happy to help.
