We had such a positive experience selling our apartment in Teignmouth. From the very first valuation, the team were professional, honest and incredibly proactive. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process - we were kept updated at every stage and never felt out of the loop. They handled viewings smoothly, gave helpful feedback quickly, and clearly understood how to position the property to attract the right buyers. Selling can feel stressful, especially as we were in a rush but they made the whole process feel organised and well managed. We’re so grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling in Teignmouth. Thank you again for everything.

So it all started with us taking a liking to a house we had seen on Rightmove. Within a couple of days of us showing our interest with the estate agent, we was viewing the house with Daniel, who made this whole experience so so easy! He was so polite and chatty and made the house viewing fun. He was able to answer so many of the questions we had whilst we looked around and any he was unsure about, he found out the answers (plans/queries that only the landlord would know the answer to) and got back to us. He gave us a brief overview of how the whole process would go if we got accepted by the landlord and then with every step forward we took to moving into our house he told us what would happen next in more detail….there was thankfully no huge overload of information from the start, which would have set me off panicking. The whole time he was always an email away and always responded so fast. Daniel and his team made this whole experience stress free and enjoyable and we appreciate him so much. They deserve more than the 5 stars I can give them. Thank you Daniel and M&M.

I only have horror stories from past agencies but I have been very impressed with LK Lettings so only thought it was fair to write a good review. I wanna say right from the bat these guys are quick, they will answer the phone instantly, if you leave the voice mail they will get back to you asap. They will check up on you after a change etc too which was lovely. I dealt with Louise and Alex during my 18 month tenancy. They made the whole experience feel very personal. Both of them exceeded expectations and are exactly what you want when dealing with a letting agency. I couldn't stress this enough! Thank you for restoring my faith in letting agencies, when I move back to England I'm still in your area I will come straight to you! Thanks guys again Louise and Alex, 10/10. 😎😎

Top tier service - recently let a new apartment and LK were leaps and bounds ahead of any competitors, great communications, friendly people (Alex was especially helpful) but the whole team seems excellent and helped bring order to a very stressful time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would - highly recommended, especially compared to some big chain agents I've used in the past. EDIT - lived at the property for 2 years, and the checkout process was equally smooth, the whole team is excellent!

I sold my flat through M&M properties a couple of months ago and couldn’t praise them enough! After having very poor experience with 2 other local agents in the Leighton buzzard area, I nearly lost all hope of selling my flat until M&M took on the marketing! They sold my flat very quickly and always found them great to communicate with. I originally purchased the flat through M&M properties and didn’t have the greatest experience but that was 5 years ago, so what a difference this time round made! I would recommend anyone to use M&M when selling a property! Due to my flat being a leasehold, there were quite a few issues with the solicitors and management companies but M&M always kept me informed and helped with any issues/ concerns I had, a very stressful experiance but M&M tried taking as much of that stress away from me which I was so thankful for!

I was looking for a 1-bed around this area. Chanced a very promising place and gotten in touch with Vincent. They showed me the place and took my application to the landlord. I didn't get the place because the Landlord doesn't like my application for some reasons. But Vincent did call back and with a very sincere attitude to deliver the bad news. After a lot of bad experience with shady practice from the chained estate agency I would highly recommend this agency and Vincent to anyone who are looking for anything in this area.

I’m very happy with the service Tom has offered so far. He’s very thorough on explaining all the steps for my move to my new home and has provided answers on all my questions promptly. Vincent on the other hand shockingly didn’t know anything about the properties he was showing me and wasn’t prepared at all.
