Derek Parsons had photographs taken, sales particulars compiled, an EPC arranged ...and had the house on the market ...all within just a few days from an instruction. James Fearn was very proactive, very responsive and he delivered an energetic and very friendly, personal service from start to finish. We received and accepted an offer, at the asking price, after the first weekend following launching the sale. When we were pondering about which agent to use, Jo Powers assured me that Keats Fearn were the best. It was light-hearted banter at the time. However, the service we received turned out to be truly unbeatable: a pleasure to deal with: a perfect result.

GoogleI cannot praise James Fearn of Keats Fearn and the rest of his team highly enough. He has been extremely helpful, supportive and proactive in dealing with a serious management company issue. He has gone to extraordinary lengths to keep landlords informed and provide all relevant documentation and advice on procedures, and chase up and follow-through any issues. Without his support I would now, almost certainly, still be suffering loss of rental payments and the tenant's deposit. Thank you so much.
