I have bought and sold many properties before, and I have to say Keats seem to make the process remarkably straight forward and simple. I also found that they were pro-active in achieving the sale, and at the same time gave me the view that they treated the buyer and seller with equal professional conduct. i.e. They did not talk about the buyer with me at all - they just got on and did their job quietly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

GoogleAvoid at all costs - although the partner of the company was very nice, I was messed around for 2 months after putting an offer in on a property. I had an offer accepted for significantly more than the asking price. Was told the seller had found somewhere, then she hadn't, then she had, then she didn't have enough money for her mortgage - so it all fell through...THEN it turned out she was an estate agent at the firm but they never told me. Complete shambles from start to finish... The manager apologised, which I appreciated, but highly unprofessional.

Regarding the disclosure element of the owner of the house you offered on working for Keats Fearn, I can confirm that I highlighted this on the details and also on the web portals that were used in marketing the house; I believe no one in person disclosed that in a conversation to you when you viewed or offered and I can only apologise. With reference to the owner of the house finding and then not I can assure you that was not of her own doing and was purely to her losing out on a sealed bid scenario. The second time she found she spoke to her lender and they said in principle she could get the mortgage required but when it went to the underwriters it was declined. The lady who carried out the viewings was really lovely and just the sort of person we would have wanted to help sell our property for us.
