We appointed James Fearn as our selling agent he is also the agent for the property we are going to buy. We have had no problems at all, just a caring, understanding and patient attitude. We have been very satisfied with the professional service that James and his team have provided with the sale of our house. When we first decided to put our house on the market, James came across as very friendly, sincere and passionate about our property. He was able to offer sound advice on how to market our house to ensure the best possible price. James was one of two estate agents (out of the three valuations we had) to follow up on his initial visit. Once we had signed up, the marketing team were very quick to produce a quality brochure, and to upload the details on the most popular websites. Even before our property went live the sales team had already lined up viewing appointments. We were very fortunate to sell our property within 24 hours to a cash buyer. Even though we did lose that buyer due to the slow movement further up the chain James was straight back on it and within days we had 2 further offers. Throughout the process James and his team remained in constant contact and liased well with the estate agent that we were buying our property from. We would highly recommend Keats Fern to anyone wishing to sell and buy a property. We would like to thanks James and his team for their very efficient and professional service.
