GoogleI had found a property already and it was through Gascoigne Pees. I sent them a text indicating I was interested in the place and sent it to them that day. Half an hour later Richard rang and we arranged to meet the next day. What a great chap he is, and the rest of the arrangements where through Gemma, a bonus! They where always professional and I don't think I could ask for a better team to help me through this, what I thought, was a daunting few weeks. Gemma and Richard made moving a real pleasure and I am more than extremely happy with how they handled things. I'd certainly recommend Gascoigne-Pees, professional, courteous and reliable. I find it almost laughable how this letting agency behaves. When you’re signing a contract, they bend over backwards to act friendly and helpful, but the second you’re moving out, the entire façade collapses. Their true colors show, and suddenly you’re dealing with rudeness, attitude, and a complete lack of basic professionalism. My experience with this agency at the end of my tenancy was extremely negative, and one staff member in particular, Freya, made the situation even worse. In my opinion, she spoke to me with absolutely no respect and seemed to think that talking to tenants in a dismissive, condescending manner was acceptable. From my interaction with her, it’s clear she has a lot to learn about how to communicate professionally. Some of the comments she made were completely unnecessary, and honestly, she would benefit from learning when it’s better to keep certain remarks to herself rather than speaking to people the way she did. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any customer-facing role, and I strongly believe she needs proper customer service training. My overall impression is that she is not equipped to speak with tenants in a respectful or professional way, and that absolutely needs to be addressed. No member of staff has the right to speak to me the way she did. Because of this, I will be taking this complaint further through the appropriate channels, and I will be sharing my experience publicly so other tenants are aware of how they may be treated. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, and I refuse to let it go unaddressed.

They were quick to respond and answer the phone and worked hard to get the sale through as quick as possible. From making an offer through to picking up the keys I was kept up to date and informed and I had to do very little chasing. I was very impressed and happy with my experience with them throughout the whole process and will remember this when it comes to sell this property and move on. Also the moving in day box was a lovely touch 😊

I cannot thank Emily (head of lettings, Farnham office) enough for finding me new tenants after poor experience with previous agent (a completely different company.) She achieved a 35% increase in gross rent for me, too! I noted more proactivity in 3 weeks from GPees than in 3 years from their predecessors. I was kept fully informed before and after every viewing, and despite most viewings taking place in appalling wet weather there was never a sign of recent footfall across the brand new carpet. If I could give them six stars, I would!

I've been renting my property through Gascoigne Pees Farnham for 4 years now and needed to chat to them about some changes we were hoping to make when renewing our tenancy - They took care of all my questions really promptly and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
