Great Service from Vickery, West End office

Over the years I have dealt with several Estate Agents who have tarnished the reputation of their industry with a poor service. I'm really pleased to say that Vickery is not one of those agents. The professional service I've received throughout the sale of a relative's house has been second to none. I would choose 3 members of staff who I feel have done their utmost for me in circumstances which have sometimes proved difficult. Emily White, Evie Barwick and Richard Lake have provided me with a speedy response, great communication and up to date and accurate information throughout the process - what more could you ask for !! Outstanding is the only word to use.

We purchased through the Fleet office of Vickery and my biggest regret is we didn't use them to sell too!From the initial viewing of our ultimately purchased property through to completion, Isaac and Sarah were exceptional in their knowledge, courtesy and assistance throughout the entire purchase.Readily available almost all of the time (and reliable in returning calls when they weren't) we were never left in the dark as to the position of the purchase. Indeed, Isaac often went above and beyond to assist us in filling in the gaps left by our own rather lacklustre Estate Agent. I have no doubt that, without his and Sarah's assistance, the whole process would have taken at least half as long again and, although we won't be moving again any time soon, anyone who even mentions needing an Estate Agent is guaranteed to have Vickery recommended by us at least twice a day until the make the call!Both Isaac and Sarah are a credit to Vickery and the profession as a whole and I have no doubt that, were more like them, estate agents might have a somewhat different reputation!Now, where's the option to leave 6 stars?....

Would highly recommend

Would highly recommend! Vickery was the agent representing the developer I bought my house from. The staff handling our case, Scott and Elaine(Camberley Office), were quick in responding to our queries and were very accommodating of our needs. Scott even came by for a viewing late evening so that we could take measurements of the house to order our furniture. Elaine was extremely helpful, patient and provided a lot of support, even though we had a completely incompetent solicitor representing us. A big thanks to you both for helping us move into our new home!

I honestly cant thank Nicki enough she has been fantastic start to finish. she listened to my story and really empathised with my situation and really helped me out with speaking to the landlord on my behalf. She was also fantastic helping my dad with paperwork. She was always attentive and always got back to me straight away. I lost out on my deposit from bridges as I didn't want to deal with them any longer, so dealing with Nicki was a complete breath of fresh air. I would gladly move house again if it meant I got to deal with Nicki,and as you know moving house is the most stressful experience.

NO SALE NO FEE!

Chris at the Camberley/Frimley office did a wonderful job - best price for our property possible and the fee was worth it - excellent value! We chose to pay a set fee with the conveyancing built in (Specialist Property Lawyers) and that meant no hassles and now lack of communication. It took 3 days to sell and after the offer was accepted we had regular updates right through to exchange and completion. Chris made sure we were in touch when we needed to be.Don't be fooled into paying up front for what amounts to just listing on the property portals - use a good local agent and you won't get ripped off!Thanks to Chris and the team - I couldn't recommend Vickery more highly. Vickery Estate Agents have dealt with the sale of a property after a close bereavement. Because I didn't live locally the team dealt with all the visits which I now know would have been very difficult for me physically and emotionally. Sadly the property needed a lot of attention but the team at Vickery have always kept me informed and given me, what I now know to be, the correct advice. I would definitely recommend Vickery. I was really pleased with the tenant…

Such a fantastic service

Such a fantastic service! Chris from the Frimley/Camberley offices has been amazing during our sale and purchase. Moving house is said to be one of the most stressful things you can do but Chris took all the stress away. Communication was excellent and no question too silly or task too big. He really went out of his way to help us with everything. We used the 'all in one' conveyancing service which was also excellent. Have found my perfect home thanks to Vickery

Sam Teague and the Vickery team in West End and Lightwater were very pleasant to deal with. They did their best to make my sale and purchase as smooth as possible. There was a slight confusion over the need for an indemnity insurance before I could sell. This was not actually required in the end! Also, I was not fully informed of an extra part of the chain at the top end until very late on. Fortunately, it did not negatively impact. Sam was happy to address any queries I had at every stage and did so swiftly and politely which i did appreciate. Many thanks! I have found my perfect home thanks to Vickery.

We have used Vickery Estate Agents as the Managing Agent for our rental property, which has become our pension fund, for over eight years. We are pretty exacting as, being our pension provider, we wish to maintain the property in top condition in order to attract the right tenants. Vickery will source reliable tenants, finance/credit checked according to recognised industry standards. As we are 'absent landlords' we very much rely on Vickery to advise us the condition of the property and when any work or maintenance requires to be undertaken and to confirm that it has been undertaken to a proper standard and including when any of the fixtures or fittings require updating or replacing. During our time with Vickery we have come to rely very much on Karen Howard and her team and have a very good relationship with them and they know what we expect and how we work with them and the property. As well as Karen of particular note also is Bridget Hutt who looks after the financials and James Dickson and Chris Mason who assist on any maintenance issues that may arise.

Excellent service and very supportive

Vickery West End provided an excellent service and were very supportive throughout selling our (old) house. When the original buyer dropped out of the sale Vickery were quick and efficient in getting new viewings in.We were mainly in contact with Charlie and he was easy to talk to and get in touch if we had any questions. During the last 5 months Richards continuous counsel, guidance and support is something to be honest I am unable to put into words. Richard will testify that this has probably been one of his most testing exchanges he has faced for multiple reasons. Every time we faced an obstacle Richards gravitas and calmness ensured the purchase of Mallam House, 19 Castle Road, Camberley went ahead. Great service from start to finish. Vickery recomended working with Specialist Property Lawyers, this was a great suggestions as it made the process a lot smoother in places. A big thank you goes to Richard. When we moved in, our house was left with a lot of furniture. Richard went above and beyhond by coming to get all the furniture and removing it himself. He had to do several runs to clear it all. We couldn’t have been more grateful! That’s certainly not on his job description! Vickery's Farnborough helped me get on the property ladder

My mum and I were looking for properties in the Farnborough area that I could hopefully move into in order to make me closer to work. And also get me moved out of the house as I am 22. Having been to other estate agents in Farnborough, we felt a bit deflated as we thought our set budget could not get us as far as we thought. However, on the off chance, we came accross Vickery as we were leaving another estate agent, and decided to give them a try. Almost immediately, Dan and Richard made us feel very at home and found us a really great selection of properties to review. Not only did they find us a wonderful selection of properties to view immediately, but Dan even drove myself and my Mum to 4 different properties, which we both thought was a very considerate touch. The properties we viewed were of very high calibre, and conducted in an extremely professional manner. They went above and beyond to make sure we found what we wanted, at a moments notice.Very friendly and professional atmoshphere, we are very thankful to Dan and Richard for everything they did for us.
