We were on with Vickerys in lightwater

We were on with Vickerys in lightwater In the beginning we thought they were ok . But all I can say is when you get a buyer and they tell you they are gold plated buyers and have a mortgage in principle it's means nothing . It means they haven't got a mortgage which we found out quite a way down the line after excepting the clients offer and taking our house off the market . Communication was poor we weren't always kept up to date with what was happening and we felt told lies at times . We felt the agent that was suppose to be working for us was working for the buyers and didn't always have conference in him .Our house went though in the end but took a long time .Personally we wouldn't recommend Vickerys in lightwater .And we wouldn't use them again

Absolutely amazing team

Absolutely amazing team. We dealt with Elliot Ward and he was amazing from start to finish. During this pandemic we still managed to get a viewing on the house we wanted, all done with distancing and PPE. Elliot is really friendly and gave us all the information we asked for. If he wasn’t sure on something, he made sure to find out and stayed in constant contact with us. He also spoke to the landlord on our behalf to see if we could bring our cat with us which was accepted. I spoke to a couple of other members of the team and again they couldn’t be any friendlier or help us any more if they tried. I would recommend Vickery to anybody looking for a property in the areas they cover.

Honest, great communication, proactive & a lovely team - can't recommend highly enough!

Stuart and the team were a pleasure to deal with, thoroughly professional and on the ball throughout the process of selling our home. Highly recommend estate agent!

Even with COVID-19, Richard helped us find the right house, in the right location and for the right price. Although it was a challenging purchase, he made the whole process run absolutely seamlessly. Exceptional Service from the Team in Frimley

Purchasing my new home through the Vickery & Co Team in Frimley was a positive experience from start to finish, despite the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic. Fantastic Service from Vickery in Fleet

Stuart and his team at Vickery in Fleet provided a highly professional and friendly service right from the start. I was extremely impressed with the way they handled my house sale and kept me informed every step of the way. The regular updates on a Thursday were also very helpful. The fact that Vickery have their own conveyancing business, Specialist Property Lawyers, was one of the reasons I chose them. I was on a fairly tight deadline for completing the sale and it made a big difference knowing that Vickery and the lawyers were working so closely together. Vickery Estate Agents, were excellent from start to finish. We really liked that they offered a complete service of selling our property and using their own solicitor. At the initial meeting at our property we met the team, who clearly laid out what they would do.Stuart, Nicki, Jamie, Michael and James gave absolutely wonderful service. Sorry if I have missed someone. Whatever our needs were, they met with quiet, good humored professionalism. We were always kept up to date and given realistic honest feedback.
