Excellent service

Vickery handled the sale of our property and the experience could not have been better. Initially led by Edward and subsequently Lewis, we were kept fully informed on developments and viewings with a regular call each week to discuss. A nice touch was the selling team visited our property at the beginning of the marketing period so they were familiar with our house when undertaking viewings. After the property was sold (STC) we were also kept up to date with all relevant details pertaining to the sale. We used their All-in-One package in conjunction with Specialist Property Lawyers which worked extremely well. Many Thanks to all involved in the sale at the Camberley branch.

5 star all-in-one service from Vickery Estate Agents and Matt!

I recently sold my mother's house in Farnborough through Vickery and Co and I couldn't rate them more highly. Matt Bozier looked after us throughout, and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us achieve a good price and complete the sale... I couldn't thank him enough. This included collecting signed documents, helping with meter readings and checking on the property when I was unable to be in Farnborough.He was ultra professional and kept me informed at every step the process - tenaciously chasing up anything we asked of him. My Mum was really quite anxious about what needed to be done and Matt's straightforward, friendly and upbeat demeanour put her totally at ease. The human touch made all the difference and we felt he was extremely patient with us, despite clearly having quite a busy schedule.On occasions where I had to speak to others in the office, they were also very courteous and helpful.Finally, just to say how easy it was selling via the all-in-one package, not only was it a very reasonable fixed fee (which takes the guesswork around costs out) but it also made everything that much quicker and easier since they communicate all the time with the in-house solicitors (who were also excellent). They clearly have a great system in place with this package.Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Vickery and big shout out to Matt who made this such a hassle-free experience!!

Awful during and after

The viewing I had with Sarah when I first found the property was great, she was so friendly and made me feel at ease so I could not doubt her for a second so thank you Sarah.The issues occurred during my tenancy and after. I was located in Church Grove on Fleet and there was often certain neighbours shouting/arguing right outside my door, throwing item such as a washing line/bins/plant pots etc. As a lone female I did not feel safe at all to leave my flat at times, especially as the downstairs doors did no lock after being told I could get a key. The doors were even prodded open over night, again another reason to not feel safe. The people next to be smoked in the flat with the windows open meaning this smell came into my flat (not tobacco...) The parking was an issue which was never highlighted to me when I rented the property with certain tenants blocking two spaces so they could park two cars. Due to the safety concerns I handed in my notice to then be charged £189 for a clean when the flat was not clean when I entered with debris being in the bath. I paid this due to just wanting my deposit back but they could never show me any proof of invoice. I spent 6 hours cleaning the flat myself which I should not have bothered!Overall - I would not use this agency again which is a shame as I mentioned Sarah who did my viewing was 10/10.

I used the Vickery branch in Camberley to sell my parents property. The service was professional throughout and I was kept informed at every stage. After the first sale fell through due to a break in the chain further down, Vickery's ( Richard Orne) responded quickly and efficiently and a buyer was found two weeks later after an open day viewing. I would recommend the team at the camberley branch and would use them again.

Having dealt with various local agents during our recent house move, I wouldn't recommend any of them except Vickery (Camberley). George Bainbridge & especially Matt Bozier went above & beyond. No issue was too much trouble for Matt; he was a great communicator, tenacious, solutions focused and relentless in ensuring everything progressed within our chain. He pretty much did the job for all the other agents in the chain & we may not be sitting in our new home now if it wasn't for him! Vickery Estate Agents smashed all my expectations when selling my property. From the very start I was kept informed of the performance of our property on marketing channels, weekly reviews on viewings and interest and a committed and responsive service once a buyer was found. My sale and purchase didn't go smoothly, with lease issues and 3rd party conveyancing problems. But Vickery pushed and prompted relevant parties up the chain relentlessly. I was extremely happy with the service and they are worth every penny. If you're selling your house, just sign with them, you wont regret it. Particular shout out to Edward Whitaker. He was with us from start to finish and he is the ONLY man I will be calling if I have a house to sell again. I can not recommend Vickery enough!

I can not recommend Vickery enough, in particular Edward from Frimley/Camberley who has guided us through every step of the way for the last 6months, while we are expecting our first baby! Weekly updates and statistics by phone call where a minimum and unexpected. Communication towards exchange increased to daily phone calls sometimes up to 4/5 times. This wasn’t just to ourselves but relevant solicitors and estate agents within the chain along with our buyer also. Communication has always been fast and no email or call was left unanswered. Edward comes across professional, knowledgeable, has a great personality he always went out his way to help and nothing was too much trouble! The rest of the team all where helpful however Edward was who we had all our communication with. Would use Vickery again without a doubt and request we deal with Ed again. (However we are never moving again haha!) Thank you once again!

Not a great experience - spoke to lady on the phone who was not overly helpful. Was not able to give a rough commission % because apparently they don’t do this over the phone. This is fine but have spoke to multiple other estate agents that have been a lot more helpful and have told us if they are able to match the % rate of the current estate agent we are with, or at least give a rough estimate % before organising an appointment to visit us. Didn’t want to waste ours, or their time by scheduling an appointment for them to come out and then find out that it is a high commission rate, for us to then not go ahead. Just a little bit frustrating.

Vickerys is far the best estate agency in the area

Vickerys is an amazing company, 100% best estate agents we’ve ever had the experience of working with. Our estate agent Matt would call every single week with routine updates and would contact us immediately as something happened. Nothing was too much trouble for them and you know they are always on your side. Every member of staff in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful and willing to find out answers to questions straight away. Matt was able to explain every step of the process to ensure it was easy to understand each part and we wouldn’t consider any other estate agent if we ever moved again. So incredibly happy with the service of Vickerys and Matt Bozier in particular.

We were viewing properties in the Camberley area via a selection of Agents.We had viewed several houses with different agents and both the houses and agents were uninspiring. So, feeling rather dubious about the 2 remaining viewings with a different agent, Vickery, we were greeted at the first property by Lewis Careford.Wow, what a difference. We were very impressed with his local knowledge, naming specific roads that would be of interest to us and the open and honest conversations we engaged in.When showing us around he presented the houses with such genuine enthusiasm you would have thought it was his own house.Lewis was a genuine breath of fresh air.I would have no reservations about buying or selling a house through Lewis. A true professional and a really nice chap too.

The Vickerys team were all really helpful during our house buying process and we’re always responsive to our requests and questions. Jordan provided regular updates on the house purchase leading up to exchange and Sophie was always happy and on hand to to arrange our viewings and follow up visits that were requested.
