Toby from Vickery’s kept us informed at every stage of the sale of our house. At the outset, the team explained how they planned to market the house and benchmarked it against recent sales. The marketing led to multiple viewings over a couple of weeks which led to a quick sale. Whilst we did not achieve our asking price we did get certainty through a well managed sale.

Edward was honest, hard-working and diligent, keeping us updated both through viewings as well as after we accepted an asking price offer. Professional service.From the moment Edward came and valued our house, I knew we were in good hands. We chose the all in one package and everything was so simple and organised to be under one umbrella. Our Thursday update from Tadgh was great, even if nothing had happened it was just nice to be “kept in the loop”. From Marketing to completion everything was handled professionally and I cannot thank the staff enough. We chose Vickery and Co to sell my late parents’ property in late November 2023. I was very pleased indeed with the quality of service we received from the Camberley manager, Edward Whitaker and the team throughout the 6 month process. Vickery helped me get on the property ladder - Again!

Vickery have been instrumental in helping me market and sell my flat. Funny enough, I had actually viewed and purchased this flat through them six years ago, and it was my first proper home after moving out. After such a positive experience last time, I thought they would be more than ideal to help me in my next move, and I was not disappointed.
