Vickery - Best Estate Agents to look after us!

I couldn't have asked for a more professional, kind, knowledgeable team to look after our sale. Toby Williams in Lightwater was brilliant all the way with everything, helped by Ethan and the rest of the team. We had a long sale with five buyers at the asking price over a period of ten months, which must be a record for them, and every week we were updated with where we were even when there was bad news - we just couldn't have asked for a better service. An ultimately successful sale

Over the past year Vickery, in particular Edward Whitaker and Lewis Crawford, have been extremely supportive, committed, helpful and informative about the sale of my wife's property in Camberley. A last-minute pull-out by prospective buyers meant Vickery had to start over again, which they did with further commitment and positivity, whilst keeping us fully informed of progress. A successful sale was eventually achieved for which we are very grateful and wish to acknowledge the professional and helpful manner in which Vickery, Edward and Lewis in particular, supported us. Viewing our forever home.

Viewed a gorgeous property with Vickery. The house was lovely but the location wasnt right for us. What stood out more so was, Toby H who showed us round the home in camberely. He was very knowledgeable about the local area, schools and even their catchment. He gave us reasons for the house being sold without asking and had all figures and facts loaded in his head to answer all of our questions. He wasnt pushy or too forward. He was warm, welcoming and trusting. I'd happily buy our forever home off of him. Thank you Toby.

I honestly don’t know where to start. We certainly couldn’t have got through this year without Vickery, especially Edward. The whole team provides a 5 star service, no matter how big or small. Vickerys - 100% recommend

Choosing Vickerys was definitely the right choice. We used the All in One service which was 100% worth it. Lewis completed our initial meeting and explained everything that we needed to know and then Toby provided our weekly check ins and followed up on anything that needed it. We recently used Vickery in Farnborough to sell my Dad's retirement apartment. Although there was a problem at the start with the web listing that hadn't been picked up, when I spoke to Jordan about it, he ensured it was rectified straight away. He then dealt with the sale when we had a buyer, and was very good at keeping us informed as the sale progressed. As there were some problems with our buyer's solicitor, Jordan liaised closely with our solicitors (Specialist Property Lawyers in Camberley) which made the whole process as easy for us as possible, and so I can highly recommend them.

From first meeting him. Lewis instilled in me a sense of confidence and fairness. He was very open and transparent about the way the company operates and fees etc. We opted for their most expensive package as I needed a long distance sale (I am far from local). The family firm were very efficient and marketed the property to the best of their abilities. I was kept informed and up to date at every stage as well as a weekly phone call. All staff were very approachable and open to questions / enquiries whenever needed. Getting in touch was extremely easy. Their in-house solicitors shared exactly the same values and had the same approach and attitude. The sale was completed extremely smoothly, despite some hiccups along the way, and as a marketer / negotiator, Lewis deserves recognition. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough - they made a house sale as easy as it can be, with nothing hidden, and filling me with confidence at every stage.
