I have been dealing with Evie from the Fleet office during the purchase of a property and she has been excellent., showing a lot of knowledge and understanding in all areas of property. Even through a complicated legal process whilst selling my property Evie has been brilliant and she is real credit to the company. I had regular telephone conversations and updates on what was going on and would be happy to recommend Vickery’s to anyone else.

Selling your greatest asset with Vickery

Selling your greatest asset is probably one of the most stressful situations to go through.We made sure we had done our market research and met some lovely people but my husband was impressed by Vickery selling properties within our area.We met Joshua Allen Client Manager who was friendly and very professional from the get go. We were introduced to the Director Richard Orme and the team who would be involved in looking after our prospective buyers. This in particular was a positive experience amongst the many we had selling with Vickery. Communication is a large part of Vickery's ethos, we were spoken to every week by Edward Whittaker who took care of all our queries very professionally and kept us in the loop all the way.

The employees of Vickery did a very credible job. Their fee is all-in, meaning that the conveyance is included. A very nice extra. However, maybe it is because they are somewhat overwhelmed by their workload I found the communication with their lawyers and me, and the buyers very much lacking. It was only after I complained in no uncertain terms that this improved. Especially Jayne then went out of her way to give a good service.

Scammers . Robbers.Avoid this people at any cost. They hide behind a company that does reference checks and literally steels your deposit money .With dozens of real estate companies in the market , avoid this !!!It's even worse when 24hrs later I am approved with the same document in another agency. I know exactly the sheme that this company uses to Rob the deposit of several tenants fo the same house.Algorithm? No....just an apprentice behind a computer with full acess to the tenants bank accounts!!!! Is this legal ???
