The team at fleet were great in particular Chris, he was the main reason we put the house on the market with Vickery. Evie was also really helpful, couldn't do enough. Happy with marketing and viewings. Legal side really good only hiccup is that they had not checked the purchase had enough money to put down 10% on exchange. Perhaps this should become standard practice.

Selling a property after a bereavement is very emotive and Richard Orme of Vickery's was the perfect person to handle this sale. Friendly, understand yet efficient and pro-active. Things didn't always run too smoothly but they listen, take what you say on board and immediately correct the issues. I particularly liked the 'All in One' conveyancing. Lorraine was efficient, friendly and shared information.

We were impressed from the start by Edward's attention to selling our house and his excellent communication with us, our buyers and the agents in Taunton, throughout the sale. His friendly efficient team visited our home just before it went on the market so they all knew the house when they spoke to interested clients. Edward judged the market value well, provided a good flow of viewers and his tenacity enabled us to sell our house. We used the integrated package offered by Vickery and Specialist Property Lawyers and found it to be a very efficient way of selling and buying.

The team at the Fleet Office worked tirelessly and did their utmost to progress the sale of my property under difficult circumstances due to the buyer’s solicitor long drawn out negotiations. Matt and George gave scheduled updates and made sure both parties in the transaction were well informed with the current situation. I opted for the Vickery “All in One” sales and conveyancing package whereby both elements of the sale process are aligned within an integrated service. It provided a seamless exchange of information between sales and conveyancing to improve communication and quicken the process from my side of the transaction. It worked well. Specialist Property Lawyers provided a friendly and professional service throughout. A credit to all of those involved in both aspects of the sale.

I have been dealing with Vickery lettings for 20 years and am always delighted by the team's level of service. I have known Chris for a long time but Bridget even longer. When I think of the number of business communications we have had, it runs into hundreds of occasions. I cannot think of one event where I have felt disappointed with the response. Absolutely fantastic experience with Vickery from start to finish on completion of our property. Matthew Bozier went above and beyond to keep us up to date every step of the way and ensured any issues we had were attended to. There were a lot of things that occurred in the process that were not an ‘estate agents issue’, however, this didn’t phase him and he still took it upon himself to try and resolve them. We couldn’t fault the weekly or sometimes even daily communication (a huge help in a stressful process), persistence and patience. Credit to him. We really couldn’t have asked for better, thank you so much Matthew!

We struck absolute gold by working with Matt Bozier for our 1st-time house purchase. We've met and worked with a large number of estate agents over the past 12 months as this was our 3rd attempt at purchasing (fortunately this time there were no structural complications), and Matt was the only one who actually cared about doing the best for us.By far the most communicative and helpful person we dealt with during the process, he helped drive the purchase through to completion more than anyone else. Always a pleasure to speak to on the phone, he gave us weekly updates and was always available when we tried to call if we had questions or needed a slightly more frequent update.Overall, would happily recommend to any family or friends.
