We appointed Vickery to manage our sale and purchase, including conveyancing by their Specialist Property Lawyers service.Our property sold on the first viewing and, while our purchase was not quite so easy (through no fault of Vickery), Stuart Wright, Elliot and their team provided a friendly, efficient, attentive and cost-effective service throughout.Elliot was the driving force and the 'face' of the service to us, with his tenacity and timeliness being specially noteworthy.For those reasons, therefore, I would happily recommend Vickery. I was also impressed with the service provided by the Specialist Property Lawyers team recommended by Vickery. During the current climate of having so many restrictions placed on us due to Covid19, we cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic service and support James and the team at Fleet office in Hampshire provided. Excellent service throughout the process

We have been delighted with the service from Stuart and his team at Vickery in Fleet. Stuart has been transparent, informative, empathetic and responsive throughout the process. The initial meeting was really helpful as he explained the process thoroughly and was really knowledgable. We were selling our home in a very uncertain time and Stuart and his team were always on hand to offer advice and information. We were called without fail every week with an update and if we ever had questions, they were dealt with quickly and professionally (even if the questions were sometimes really obvious!) Stuart made the process simple to understand and he definitely guided me through some of my more anxious times, always making me feel like a valued customer. One of the most consultative sales people I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use Vickery, and in particular Stuart, again.

Vickery’s have been absolutely amazing from the very start. They sold the property very quickly and kept us informed every week. Unfortunately this sale fell through 2 weeks before exchange. They got straight back onto selling again and after a few pitfalls with offers they pulled in my buyer and even got me the full asking price. Edward called every week keeping us updated on progress and all the staff have gone out of there way to help and get the sale. I had been with other agents before but if I was to sell again or recommend Vickery would be who I would tell them to use as what an excellent company with outstanding service. A great big thank you for the dedication and hard work that they did for me.

I would definitely recommend Vickery. Sadly I recently had a family bereavement and needed to sell a family home. At this difficult and emotional time I found Vickery to have the perfect combination of respect & empathy for the situation (waiting until I was ready), while being super efficient from the moment I said “let’s go”. They offered knowledgeable advice throughout the process, from the probate valuation to completion, that helped guide me to make the right decisions, and they navigated the inevitable set backs when the sale fell through twice (not through fault of Vickery) with ease and efficiency, meaning the sale still completed in good time. The ‘all in one’ deal makes everything super easy too, with the solicitors at Specialist Property Lawyers also being very efficient. Thank you to both Stuart and Matthew in the Farnborough Branch.
