GoogleThe team at Prospect organised the letting out of our flat in Farnborough. Jordan and Matt were fantastic, the whole process was super quick, smooth and efficient. They were very responsive and found us a brilliant tenant in less than a week. Great communicators and lovely to deal with. I cant recommend the team there highly enough.

Paid a holding deposit on a property but didn’t sign a contract. Spoke to Ollie Payne who confirmed I would receive this deposit back as we didn’t sign a contract however it’s been over 6 weeks and I have still not received this despite numerous phone calls. Have given my bank details to numerous people on the phone with prospect and have been waiting on an email from ‘Chloe’ for weeks. Very very disappointed as I was expecting Prospect to be a reputable agency however would not recommend this to anybody.

GoogleWe had a few local estate agents come to value our house who were pushy and put us off. Darren was fab from the start so we went for it and put our house on the market. In less than 48 hours we had an offer of full asking price (the for sale board hadn’t even gone up!!) and our house was sold. It doesn’t get any better than that! We have not completed the sale or found somewhere to buy yet so still early days but so far I cannot fault the service we have received from prospect, in particular Darren. So thank you!

GoogleProspect are very well organised in how they deal with the Rental, Moving-in and Management of properties for Letting. Katie, Carla and Chris provide a very high quality and professional service and are great people to deal with. They all provide fair and objective advice on all matters. They have all been genuine and committed to ensuring both Landlords and Tenants get the right support and service. Katie has been very dependable in sorting out maintenance matters. She is prompt and courteous in responding to any queries regarding redecoration. The ongoing feedback from Katie is also very valuable.

What an outstanding service from start to end. It’s been a long ride, but throughout we have always felt like every member of the team at Prospect is ‘on it’. The communication has been outstanding and the team have been really proactive in getting everything over the line. Matt was the first member of the team we spoke to at Prospect and has remained our key contact throughout, he’s somehow managed to either take every call we make to him, or at worst, return it before the day is out. Michael and Beth have also been wonderful - providing cover if Matt is away and making sure we’re constantly updated. The whole team have been incredibly polite, helpful, efficient and very effective - I can’t recommend this agency highly enough! Thank you all for your unwavering support.

Michael and the team at Prospect have extensive knowledge and expertise, which is applied meticulously to ensure they get the right outcome. Having worked with Michael on a recent property sale I can say with confidence his approach to the sale process, knowledge of the local area, competence and communication style allowed for he to feel comfortable that I was in good hands.Due to unforeseen circumstances the sale was not quite as smooth as we all had hoped but he never wavered, dedicated to working hard with me and potential buyers to ensure we achieved the right price from the right buyer. I've used Prospect twice now to sell my property and would 100% recommend them. Beth Murphy did the initial valuation and was my contact throughout. Michael worked out of hours to put forward and negotiate offers. Beth went above and beyond to help get our chain to exchange and I honestly don't think we would have got over the line without her help. She dealt with a particularly tricky solicitor and kept me informed on developments in the chain throughout the process - constantly chasing all parties. She was fantastic! I can't rate her highly enough and by extension Prospect.

I've now been with Prospect for almost a year and have also switched tenants in between. Emma, my property manager has been fantastic. I've hardly had to worry about my property which is exactly what you want as a remote landlord. She also helped me with arranging contractors for the works carried out in between tenants. In her absence, Julie was also very kind to help me out. One area where I think prospect could improve is managing backups while the property manager is away. The landlord portal doesn't give a notification that property manager is away. I only found out after I'd sent email and received OOO reply. It wasn't also clear to me who to reach out to when Emma was away. So I had to make multiple phone calls to ensure everything was in place for tenant transition. There are numerous ways this could be solved and I hope prospect will take that on.
