We had a few local estate agents come to value our house who were pushy and put us off. Darren was fab from the start so we went for it and put our house on the market. In less than 48 hours we had an offer of full asking price (the for sale board hadn’t even gone up!!) and our house was sold. It doesn’t get any better than that! We have not completed the sale or found somewhere to buy yet so still early days but so far I cannot fault the service we have received from prospect, in particular Darren. So thank you!

Prospect are very well organised in how they deal with the Rental, Moving-in and Management of properties for Letting. Outstanding service, amazing team, 10/10

What an outstanding service from start to end. It’s been a long ride, but throughout we have always felt like every member of the team at Prospect is ‘on it’. The communication has been outstanding and the team have been really proactive in getting everything over the line. Matt was the first member of the team we spoke to at Prospect and has remained our key contact throughout, he’s somehow managed to either take every call we make to him, or at worst, return it before the day is out. Michael and Beth have also been wonderful - providing cover if Matt is away and making sure we’re constantly updated. The whole team have been incredibly polite, helpful, efficient and very effective - I can’t recommend this agency highly enough! Thank you all for your unwavering support.

Competent & genuine agents

Michael and the team at Prospect have extensive knowledge and expertise, which is applied meticulously to ensure they get the right outcome. Having worked with Michael on a recent property sale I can say with confidence his approach to the sale process, knowledge of the local area, competence and communication style allowed for he to feel comfortable that I was in good hands.Due to unforeseen circumstances the sale was not quite as smooth as we all had hoped but he never wavered, dedicated to working hard with me and potential buyers to ensure we achieved the right price from the right buyer. Beth Murphy went above and beyond to get us to exchange

I've used Prospect twice now to sell my property and would 100% recommend them. Beth Murphy did the initial valuation and was my contact throughout. Michael worked out of hours to put forward and negotiate offers. Beth went above and beyond to help get our chain to exchange and I honestly don't think we would have got over the line without her help. She dealt with a particularly tricky solicitor and kept me informed on developments in the chain throughout the process - constantly chasing all parties. She was fantastic! I can't rate her highly enough and by extension Prospect.

Ever helpful property mgt. team: Emma, Julie and Georgia

I've now been with Prospect for almost a year and have also switched tenants in between. Emma, my property manager has been fantastic. I've hardly had to worry about my property which is exactly what you want as a remote landlord. She also helped me with arranging contractors for the works carried out in between tenants. In her absence, Julie was also very kind to help me out. One area where I think prospect could improve is managing backups while the property manager is away. The landlord portal doesn't give a notification that property manager is away. I only found out after I'd sent email and received OOO reply. It wasn't also clear to me who to reach out to when Emma was away. So I had to make multiple phone calls to ensure everything was in place for tenant transition. There are numerous ways this could be solved and I hope prospect will take that on.

Had viewings with Aiden. I would describe Aiden as professional, calm and collective. He demonstrates high levels of professionalism when interacting with clients. He is knowledgable about the properties that he is responsible for and if unsure about questions is quick to respond. Most estate agents receive a bad name due to their push selling methods or constate badgering. This is not the case for Aiden or the prospect team. They fully understood my requirements and actively listened. Aiden was also willing to go the extra mile by staying late to ensure that my offer was accepted and contacting the relevant people to begin the process of buying my property. So far good working practices and professionalism.

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. For a house we rented in Reading during 2022-2023, I've never experienced such incompetence in all my time renting. Parking was written into the contract as being included in a private parking space, however despite our asking if we needed a permit, we were told to "park for a few days and send us the tickets if you get any, we'll sort it". Later, they not only denied having said that (despite my getting the agent who said this to acknowledge it in writing), they then turned incredibly petty and refused to do their job to maintain the property. The garden was an absolute dive, the whole inside of the house had mold (house was never cleaned before we moved in), the upstairs landing had a massive crater you could fall through to downstairs, and despite months of pleading with them to fix these issues they just kept making promises they never fulfilled. Absolute shambles of a company and terrible property managers (I'm looking at you Chloe Hoptroff)

I have dealt with Prospects Lettings in Bracknell for a number of years now and have no hesitation in recommending them.Their Lettings Manager (Harry Pangborn) is brilliant and one of the main reasons I use Prospects now instead of other companies. On the property management side, my property has been looked after by a lady called Beckie Baxter. She is just as good as Harry, and always responds to my queries quickly.I've been stung before by an estate agent, so glad I found a company that puts the customer at the top of the list.Beckie Baxter and Harry Pangborn are both a credit to Prospects.

Probably one of the most frustrating…

Probably one of the most frustrating estate agencies i had to deal with ,we had a terrible experience with prospect. I had been dealing with Kenny Wackrill purely focused on commission rather than a value adding service. Communication was very poor whilst waiting on an update on an offer placed on a property had to keep chasing him whilst he was booking further viewings, did not feel like valued prospective buyers at all. Very unprofessional and Poor service Completely wasted my time and put me off speaking to any agencies.
