Very poor client services, Most of the time staff is out of office with no proper backup to respond to client.My property management was taken over by Prospect from Wilkinson and we were with them with excellent service for almost 10 years. With Prospect, its very frustrating as no body takes any responsibility or attention to clients queries.

We were tenants with prospects for just over a year so have seen the full process from viewing the flat and agreeing the tenancy through to check out and return of the deposit. We have been pleasantly surprised with the ease of the whole process and would recommend prospects to anyone. We had excellent support in particular from our property manager Julie Jacobs.
