Prospect have been great. We have been with Prospects for over 3 years and as a management company they have been extremely friendly, efficient, reassuring and helpful throughout, making the process so much easier than it could have been. We were assigned a property manager Emily Holmãr-Moore - as a single point of contact and this has worked extremely well. When there is a problem it is communicated and often a solution is available as well. Emily is always available to give help and advice and made sure everything was in correct order.If you are lucky to have Prospects and Emily serving you then its a dream!

Prospect have been great. I have dealt primarily with Anna in Lettings and Angela in Management. Both have been extremely friendly, efficient, reassuring and helpful throughout, making the process so much easier than it could have been. Our property was promptly marketed for rent and Anna was very proactive in arranging viewings, even in the middle of a pandemic, to find suitable tenants. Angela was always available to give help and advice and made sure everything was in place for a smooth process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you ladies.

Prospect, have been fantastic. They promptly got our house up for sale, gave us a competitive price and conducted viewings. Aimee has been an absolute godsend, she is extremely proactive when chasing lawyers and kept the whole chain organised and informed. We felt supported throughout and someone was always at the end of the phone to assist. We also viewed a couple of properties with Prospect, one agent showed great skills when showing us around, he allowed us to view at our own pace, answered questions and gave us time to take everything in. Another agent was a bit loud and pushy, he didn’t stop talking so it was difficult to focus on the property. He meant well but it may be off putting for some. Overall, we would definitely go with Prospect again, Thankyou.

Professional from day one

I've just exchanged contracts on my new home and want to say thanks to the whole Prospect team especially Steph working in the sales & marketing suite for my new property, she had her work cut out with my file and always acted in a professional and knowledgeable way. Prospects good experience

Prospects were very professional from start to end of my tenancy. They tried to get any issue in the property resolved as soon as possible. Even when there was a property viewing for selling or any contractor visit to fix the problems good advance notice was given. Unlike some other Estate agencies or private landlords, everything was arranged around our schedule.Melissa Fisher- Property manager I will highly recommend. Fantastic customer service!!

We recently sold our first house and purchased our perfect next house through Prospect. There were various delays through the process and I’ll happily admit I was clearly stressed the whole time but if it weren’t for Dan, Cameron and their colleagues at Prospect I’d have lost my mind!! Dan absolutely knew I needed regular updates, even if that meant no update, and did everything he could to move our purchase along and communicate with our sellers. Compared with our own agent who was pretty distant, the Prospect team provided fantastic customer service throughout the process and I had absolute trust they had all our best interests at heart. Through what is one of the most stressful life events you’ll ever experience, I’m so grateful to the team for making it that little bit easier. If we ever move again, which j hope won’t be for some years, I would 100% look to Prospect first. If you’re looking for great service and that human touch, I can’t think of a better agent! As a tenant, I have been pleased with my experience so far. There was an issue at the start of my tenancy which left me without a bed or bed frame, however this was dealt with appropriately by Melissa, my property manager, who brought the matter to the attention of the landlady and quickly resolved the issue. Melissa is prompt to respond to emails and calls. I also appreciate the fact that she has taken into account that my job (teacher) means I am often unavailable for phone calls, opting instead to correspond via email which is much more ideal for me. Overall, I am satisfied, thank you Melissa and Prospect.

Yes, choose Darren at Prospect! Darren has always been pro-active, intelligence-led and professional - and he's done that largely alone during the unprecedented market conditions that we are experiencing now. Pro-active because he identifies problems and solutions before you know they have even arisen and then presents you with the best advice. Intelligence-led because he looks for information which he then turns into useful intelligence in order to inform the clients' situational awareness and decision-making. In practical terms that means you know what's happening and why, from an authoritative source. Darren is professional and always maintains his level-headed approach, even when others do not, which is especially important in these testing times. We instructed a 'virtual online estate agency' first because I was cynical about spending £5k on a local high street estate agent. After 12 months of Brexit market uncertainty we instructed Prospect and we're glad we did because the market simply got worse with Covid 19. The market plummeted and Darren had to work with only a fraction of his staff and with the staff at other agencies and solicitors' practices. It's obvious that getting the offer on the house is only a third of the job; by far the most important work is after the offer to make sure that the deal goes through. Darren is a finisher and he'll be unstoppable when his team re-assembles after Covid. Darren is also open and honest and I wish I could have joined him for that barbeque and beer when we finally completed. Never thought I'd say that about an estate agent! Cheers. We were so pleased with the service we received from the team at Prospects at this branch, especially from Cameron Cawte. His communication and customer service throughout the whole purchase of our property as been excellent. We were very cautious with the trust of the communication due to a previous bad experience, however we were so pleased that we had the right person to proceed with our purchase. Nicole kept us up to date on all movements which also helped so much. So again thank you. Lastly I would like extend our big thank you to Darren Winter who also kept us up to date with the purchase. Paul Wickens in the Reading branch without a doubt is the only reason my sale and onward purchase ever reached completion. In a chaotic stamp duty payment holiday world, lazy estate agents and solicitors who don’t answer the phone seem common place. Stand out Agents who deliver!

Prospect are stand out estate agents, they really are moral and have a human approach. We had a retirement property for 2 years that had been with 2 other agencies previous, and it never even got a single viewing, we decided to make a change and go with Prospect after meeting Ryan and I’ll admit I was hesitant as we had been over promised and forgotten about twice before, but it was the best decision we made. Within 3 weeks Prospect had a viewing, the following day we had an offer and within 2 months it sold! It just shows that they targeted the right audience, took the listing seriously despite it not being worth as much as others and didn’t waste our time by just wanting a listing. Huge shout out to Ryan & Nicole - you were so polite & genuine throughout the entire process - but honestly everyone we spoke to who worked at Prospect was equally as professional and I never felt like I had with previous agents. Sorry it took me so long to getting round to writing this review!

Achieved the impossible..

I've been letting my property through Prospect for some time and as they have always looked after it so well I decided to speak to them about potentially selling, despite them securing me a new tenant in what felt like a matter of minutes. I wasn't overly hopeful as the property needed some updating however I spoke to Ryan at the Maidenhead branch and agreed to let him have the property for 4 weeks to see if he could secure a sale, he in turn marketed the property and found a buyer within 2 weeks. Throughout the initial process Ryan was up front and told me what to expect, I didn't feel that he was pushing me into anything and communication was regular and very open. I would be happy to recommend Prospect for both letting and sales as I've always had nothing but great service from them.
