First time landlord putting my home up for rent so initially spoke to a few different Estate Agents for valuations. Jake from Prospect who initially came to see the property was very professional, diligent and knowledgable and had done extensive research before coming to meet me. He also encouraged a higher listing price than the other agents suggested. Once we had everything agreed, Prospect had not only booked 2 viewings within four hours of the property being listed we had an offer. Elliott has been extremely responsive and great at keeping me updated with progress on tenancy checks etc. Overall great experience so far with Prospect

Having used Prospect for just a year. I found their service to be outstanding. Beckie Baxter was our property manager and she ensured that we were well taken care of. Any issues we had was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Even when we unexpectedly needed to extend the contract, Beckie and her team leapt into action to make sure we could remain the extra time. Great service.

I have been using Prospect for a residential purchase which is still in progress. I can solidly recommend Toby Herman and his team if you are looking for an efficient and personal service.I’ve found even the most reputed companies absolutely impossible to contact / work with during this Coronavirus period. Toby’s team have managed to keep my process smooth and been in constant contact for reassurance and continual updates. As a one stop shop also, Prospect can source all necessary professional needs (legal etc). It’s 5 stars from me (so far!)

This is the second time I’ve used Prospect to sell a property and they didn’t disappoint. The process from Photography to Completion was speedy and efficient. Although several tricky issues arose they persevered and provided frequent updates. We loved the photos taken and felt that all agents respected the property they were selling. Always polite and knowledgable I would highly recommend them. Ryan and Nicole in particular worked so hard to achieve a successful outcome ... they were relentless!!

This is the second time I have used Prospect to sell my home. Despite putting the house on the market literally weeks before the national lockdown occurred, the moment the market picked up, the team were quickly able to sell my house. As always nothing ever runs smoothly - even with a small chain - but Ricky and Aimee were very proactive in trying to manage all situations that arose - and ensured that the sale progressed to exchange.

There were quite a few maintenance jobs that needed doing to which Carla and the team were quick to respond to and resolved them over and above my expectations. I have really been encouraged to view this house as my home and not just a rental which means a lot. GoogleA really positive experience viewing properties with Prospect Farnborough. Dan reached out to us proactively to discuss properties that had become available in recent weeks which were great fits for our search criteria, and shared video tours where they were available. The subsequent viewings were scheduled around our availability with Dan arriving early and staying late to guide the viewings, and everything went ahead as planned (not always the case!). Feedback was requested during the viewing itself and also after we had had time to reflect. Whilst we did not buy a property through Prospect on this occasion (purely down to personal preference, the properties viewed were fantastic options), having seen Dan’s commitment to his portfolio, we’d definitely recommend to buyers and sellers alike.

Really impressed with the service from Prospect, and Demi and Shaun in particular. We have just exchanged - it was a bit of a drawn out process (isn’t it always!) but I have no doubt it would have been much much longer without the tireless work of Demi and Shaun- always at the end of an email or telephone. They helped moved things along and were great at arranging extra viewings for us and accompanying builders and surveyors to keep pressure on. The communication has been fantastic throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Hopefully won’t need to move for some time (!) but if/when we do decide to move I will definitely be calling Prospect.

Had a viewing with Grace and she totally put my mum at ease, had the patience to put up with mums hearing aid not working and just made the whole viewing a pleasant experience. Like every business it's all about the people. Danniella is thorough and always gets to the task in hand. She's proactive and listens to what I have to say diligently, be it good or bad. Things do go wrong, no fault of Danniella, but when I raise an issue she grabs 'the bull by the horn' and gets it sorted. People and their commitment to service are the secret (but simple) recipe to building happy customers - Danniella has this nailed down and practices it in every interaction I have with her - [5 Stars].As for Prospect the business, I am always cautious of letting agents as a Landlord, but to be balanced while we have had a few occasions to disagree they have always been reasonable and that is the source of building trust and loyalty [4 Stars].
