GoogleBrick are absolutely fantastic managing agents, never had any problems with them. Adam in particular is one of the best property managers I’ve ever come across, he always acknowledges any issues that may occur & gets things resolved quickly & efficiently. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, I know I can always rely on him. I couldn’t ask for better service 🙌🏽

GoogleGreat tenant experience. Brick Management were our property managers for nearly five years. Their communication is prompt, professional, and friendly, and they make good use of technology to smooth processes. Contractor work was of high quality and Brick held them accountable when needed. Adam Peacock, in particular, stands out for exceptional customer service. In an industry often criticized for poor service and communication, Brick Management are outstanding. I hope they expand, so more tenants experience the level of care they provide.

GoogleVERY PROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. When Hardship suddenly started in my life, I had to inform BRICK. I was almost certain to hear something about contract cancellations, because the financial sector unfortunately often puts profit above customers. However Jo replied differently, because she showed me support as natural and sincere as family or a close friend, and as for finances, she blurt£ed out “don’t worry now, we understand that”, and I was speechless with tears in my eyes, with happiness. Jo, it's an Angel - her patience, understanding and kindness that I have known from her and I am sure that she has had many inconveniences because of me. And yet without pushing, any late fees and the easiest way was to replace me and not struggle as others would. However, Jo showed her Class, because a classy person chooses a high path and refuses to descend to the level of his opponents. The class really cares and selflessly, without expecting anything in return and without unnecessary pressure. Jo showed how high class she has, and I appreciate it very much. Through nobility and professionalism, she has achieved what ordinary agencies want to achieve through threats, punishments and disrespect. Her class doesn't take that into account, and that's what made me very respectable, and my motivation increased not by threats, but not to disappoint the person who supports me so much and I would be ashamed to give up. Today, after not 4 but 12 months of arrears I paid off the debt and I'm sure that another person in Jo's place a few times would terminate my tenancy. And it's only thanks to Jo and Brick that I achieved what I didn't even consider a year ago. Today, Full of respect and gratitude, I bow my head low to show my gratitude for the nobility shown to me so unprecedented today. Thank you, Jo and Brick, for not allowing my life to make it worse, and Thank you, for making my life better than it was. You have a class that sets you apart. I am proud that I have tenancy from Brick and certainly after the experiences I recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest and professional agency that listens to the client and looks him straight in the eye and not surreptitiously looks at the wallet - it is very much I recommend the services of letting agency Brick because they are honest and very professional. GoogleBrick Management offers complete management of your property. I have complete trust in them as they do a thorough and professional job. They also have their own facilities team to fix anything that goes wrong so that they can pass on additional cost savings to their clients. They communicate with me when I need to make a decision otherwise they manage everything and I am left worry free. In the past? I’ve had terrible service from another management company; when Brick Management took over, they swiftly sorted out all issues they inherited from the other company. GoogleI’ve had such a great experience with Brick Management and Lettings. They’ve made it so easy for me to feel confident that my property and tenants are being well taken care of without me having to do much at all. They’re always on top of things and quick to update me if anything comes up, whether it’s something from the council or about the property. Philip and Leanne have been especially amazing, super responsive and clear in their emails, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and wouldn’t think twice about using them again if I ever had another property. Highly recommend!

GoogleI had a fantastic experience renting my one-bedroom apartment through Clive, who made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Clive assisted us with all the paperwork and ensured everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Since moving in, Adam from Brick Management has been incredibly helpful with any day-to-day issues, and his response time is always quick. Both Clive and Adam have made the rental experience a positive one, providing excellent service and support every step of the way. Highly recommend!
