FacebookI have been in contact with multiple people from Richard James, and they have all been so lovely and quick at replying to emails answering any questions I had or updating me as to how my application was progressing. Jessica West and Ellis Rose Wigley in particular made it super easy during Covid to help me get sorted with renting a house across the sea from my curent home.
