TrustpilotRude staff, many bad experiences
Rude staff, hard to get a hold of and generally unorganised. Takes multiple calls to get through to anyone by phone and when you do they give you sarcastic and rude comments. Will avoid in the future.

Facebook2 months waiting for a rented property to be made safe, latest email states they have acted in a timely manner.......no assessment was even made for a month! 10 week baby in the house and a 6 year old child, no cooker for several weeks. Absolutely disgusting service.
