They telephoned regularly to see how our sale was progressing and kept us informed of properties that we may have been interested in. The day after we sold Olivia arranged a viewing of a property she thought was suitable for us. It was and we bought it. I was in need of a small rental property very quickly. I called into the office to talk to Jenna and as luck would have it she had a property that she thought would work. She contacted the Landlord and between them they arranged for me and my little dog to move very quickly. Thank you so much and also to her colleagues who helped when she was on Annual Leave. Please do not even consider using Mann…

Please do not even consider using Mann Countrywide for your property. Mine was completely trashed by a tenant with Mann Countrywide supposedly acting as my managing agents. Even worse, I found that the guarantor, accepted by Mann was an Irish citizen, so I can’t sue for repairs. They are without doubt the most ineffective, uncaring and unprofessional company I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. Stay clear!

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE WE RECEIVED BY A LETTING AGENT. MANN COUNTRY-WIDE LETTING SPECIFICALLY WOOLICH AND MANAGER FAWAZ DA SILVA (LETTINGS MANAGER ) AND MICHEAL IBE (LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR). WE LEFT A DEPOSIT WITH THE AGENCY AND WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE RETURNED OUR DEPOSIT IF THE LANDLORD PULLED OUT OF THE AGREEMENT. WITH A SURPLUS OF EVIDENCE SUPPLIED CONSISTING OF PROOF OF CCJ DISACOSIATION AND PROOF OF AFFORDABILITY. ACCORDING TO HOME-LET THE INFORMATION WE PROVIDED WAS SUFFICIENT ENOUGH HOWEVER MANN COUNTRY IS REFUSING TO SHARE REASONS AS TO WHY THEY DO WANT TO PROCESS OUR APPLICATION ALTHOUGH SHOWING ELIGIBILITY. WE ARE SEEKING A FULL REFUND THAT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE BACK.

I’m a private, multi property landlord. These guys looked more viewings than the other agent I instructed, and i’m happy with the quality of prospective tenants that were shown around. Poor communication and mismanagement of flat

Dealing with this estate agent was an absolute nightmare. The complaints department was no help at all, with everyone giving me different information. I never wanted to become a landlord; I only did it because I couldn't sell my flat when I needed to move. The letting agent assured me they would take excellent care of my property, but that was far from the truth.They found a tenant with antisocial behavior, resulting in numerous complaints from the estate management about the tenant smoking weed and playing loud music at night. The letting agent did nothing to address these issues. They failed to inform me of damages and didn't chase the rent, which was consistently late. I had to follow up with them every month. Despite paying a full service fee, all they did was collect money.They misled me throughout the process. On the day the tenant was moving out, they called to say they had forgotten to send me the notice the previous month. They also wrongly deducted money for a rental extension, which I would never have agreed to if I had known the tenant was leaving. To make matters worse, the same agency helped this problematic tenant find a new flat, despite knowing about the complaints, late payments, damages, and unpaid rent.The complaints department was no better, merely covering for themselves instead of taking responsibility. Avoid this estate agent at all costs.

We didn't end up buying our house through Mann's Locks Heath branch but we were so impressed with Laura H, the estate agent that accompanied us on a couple of viewings of properties being sold by the Locks Heath branch, that we wanted to give feedback anyway. Laura H was absolutely brilliant and a very nice and friendly person. She was highly organised and prepared, and knew a lot of detail about the two houses while she was showing us around. She wasn't at all pushy and was trying to get a clear idea of what we were looking for in a home and how the places she was accompanying us around matched up. Laura H is the best estate agent we've dealt with on viewings and I would highly recommend Mann's Locks Heath branch to those selling their homes in that area.

One of the worst estate agents I have…

One of the worst estate agents I have ever encountered. I was given an appointment to view a property, but a day before, I received a message stating that it's sold. Despite that, I received another call seven days later, claiming the same property is back on the market and scheduling a second appointment. I requested an early appointment, but they couldn't accommodate due to the landlord's unavailability, forcing me to reschedule other commitments, including childcare. To my dismay, I received a call on the same day of the viewing, informing me that the property is now sold. Beware of this estate agent if you're selling your house; their professionalism is questionable.
