From start to finish, she made the whole process of arranging and completing the repair work feel effortless and completely stress-free. Her communication was clear, prompt, and professional at every stage. She kept me updated without me having to chase, coordinated everything with the contractor perfectly, and ensured the work was scheduled and completed quickly. Sana also showed genuine consideration for my personal circumstances, knowing I had just come out of hospital after a major operation. Horrible experience as tenants

Horrible experience as tenants. Multiple issues beginning from ignoring maintenance requests as tenants to not responding to emails regarding deposit return after tenancy. Even ignored our request for more information regarding extending the tenancy - proceeded to act as if not inquired and upon questioning why, they said that we should've made a request. The agency doesn't communicate between each other and does not provide timely responses to emails and completely ignores questions asked through their website. As tenants cannot really choose the agency, a warning to landlords that the agency is highly incompetent

I'm extremely disappointed after moving…

I'm extremely disappointed after moving into the property in Chatham. We were assured it had been freshly painted and professionally cleaned, but that’s clearly not the case. The carpets are sticky, as if someone tried to clean over dirt and left behind a residue it feels like walking on dried grime. As for the so-called “fresh paint,” if throwing paint around with no care counts, then someone needs to reassess their standards. The finish is so poor that even my two three-year-old twins could’ve done a better job. There are visible paint runs throughout, and it looks like mould has simply been painted over instead of properly treated. I can only imagine how that will reappear once winter sets in. I wish I could attach photos to show just how bad it really is. The lettings team should really be checking their properties and works that have taken place before letting them to us. I can't imagine landlords being happy with paying for these standards.

I have just a had a property let by Manns Locks Heath and I will be instructing them to Let two more units I have becoming vacant next month. Do not let with this agent The so called “manager” of the Beckenham branch Samuel Freeman branch lacks basic communication or comprehension skills unsure why such a person will be allowed to head a branch. The team is not properly trained and does not even follow the proper internal procedures of the organisation as a whole but not surprised as they are a reflection of the manager. They lack also basic humanity or compassion and will not make any exceptions for mitigating circumstances such as being made redundant during the process even when this is not your fault or even within your control when such happened after you have successfully passed your referencing process. Will do anything to keep your holding deposit even forge your application details and claim you have signed a waiver to loose your holding deposit when you have not and you have clearly provided proof or ever even put in writing this is non refundable.

I have recently sold my property through Mann and I really couldn’t recommend them enough, we decided to change estate agents early in the process based on reviews and we came across Mann and I am so glad that we did. The team were efficient and effective with getting all of the details correctly published, and they would send over weekly updates on how things are going. Throughout the whole process the team have kept me updated and when we finally sold they were very on top of chasing, getting all the parties aligned and making sure that everyone had the right communication. Overall the communication and service provided by the team in Mann has been fantastic, thank you all so so much for your hardwork xx
