GoogleDave was amazing the whole team are. They are proffessional, help you undetstand and gteat woth communication. We were selling my fathet in laws house, ive never sold or brought as house before so it was very conffusing and upsetting knowing we needed to stay ll my father in laws home. Dave was so reassuring, understanding and is always there when needed. If i ever needed to sell a house again I would use Dave at Bernard's

GoogleToby (Beagley) recently showed us around a couple of properties in our search for a new home. We haven't moved in 38 years and as such the whole process is rather nerve wracking ! However, Toby was very sensitive to our needs and wishes, he immediately put us at our ease and seemed to know exactly what we wanted. GoogleI walked past Bernard's yesterday and looked in the window at the properties for sale. I'm not usually a fan of pushy sales people so I was apprehensive going in, but I did see a house I was interested in so I popped in. I spoke to Dave and asked for some more details. I've honestly never felt so comfortable and at ease in just asking some general questions, without being pressured. I have gone away to think about my options but I will not hesitate to come back to Bernard's if I feel this house is for me.

Bernards, Waterlooville. Started off ok and was promising at the beginning. Seem to understand our needs but that soon changed once we gave in our notice period. I was told, that the only way our property would get sold is through court and that it had been a waste of their time! I find that not only unprofessional but highly insensitive. Im extremely disappointed in your service, when I trusted you to help me. I would not recommend this agent to sell your property.

GoogleFrom the moment we asked Bernards to sell our house in Fareham we were very impressed with their quality of service. Toby was our main point of contact and his enthusiasm was evident from the start. Unfortunately our initial sale fell through and our house was relaunched on the market. A second buyer was found quickly. However as the sale progressed there were communication issues further down the chain. Toby worked tirelessly to resolve these issues and kept us informed of all developments. He persevered until exchange and completion were achieved. His determination is to be highly commended. Although Toby was our main contact his colleagues Chris and David were both involved at various stages and again we were impressed with their help and communication. We would certainly recommend the team at Bernards of Fareham.

Cai originally showed me the property back in February but unfortunately I was outbidded. However when the property came back on the market recently I called and texted Cai straight away to ask if I could view, even though Cai was on annual leave she did everything to facilitate myself getting a viewing in the property as quickly as possible, and has been so helpful throughout the process of submitting and having my offer accepted. I’m a first time buyer and this process is so scary and daunting but Cai has made this super easy for me and I am so grateful to have Bernard’s as my estate agents! Thank you again Cai for all your support during this process and like we both said, this property must have been fate!

David understood the requirement we have, determined how they would fit into the properties he had selected and also how to overcome the obvious compromises a buyer has to consider. For us 7 cars and 4 adults. David knew the vendors very well, had a wealth of knowledge about the properties and answered all our questions. He also took care with the house we viewed and was careful with the route to keep them clean. Having viewed numerous properties over the last few weeks David is head and shoulders above the 'others' we have experienced. Credit to the company and just a shame we didn't fit what was on offer so far. Still looking!!

GoogleFrom the start my experience was night and day better compared to previous agents who were jamming in viewings regardless of their status. Toby provided open and honest market advice, setting my property up for a desired quick sale in not the easiest of scenarios. Offer received in 2 weeks after listing, it was case managed perfectly all the way through and they certainly earned their fee!. I would recommend all of the team but especially Toby and Gemma who despite me being very demanding and very stressed were quite exceptional! Thank you for everything.

After several months looking for a suitable flat, and having had to deal with some very questionable estate agents that I won't name here, I managed to rent a wonderful flat in Southsea thanks to Bernards. I was followed by Jasmin of the North End office and I couldn't be happier, she has been really helpful, insightful, very responsive and professional. Nothing was too much for them. I couldn't be happier, expecially after so many months of dissapointments with other agents, it was such a relief to find someone that really cared. The flat is lovely, newly refurbished to a high standard, in a very good neighbourhood and close to the sea front. I would highly recommend Bernards to anyone looking to rent, they didn't dissapoint.

He was early to the viewing which we greatly appreciated, he kept in contact with him and sorted out first offer on the property on a Saturday afternoon, after office hours. He further rang us the moment he had any news and kept in contact with us at all moments, telling us we could contact him at any point. Every part of our buying was made easy by Bernards and David.

GoogleBernards saved the day! After two previous high street estate agents' poor and ineffective communication lead to the failure of two sales. David at Bernards was a breath of fresh air. Open communication and David was very proactive in sorting out local conveyancers. Bernards helped a stressed and despondent elderly couple (parents) finally get closer to their new home with two offers in less than a fortnight! David is so friendly and very helpful so well done. Cai, Lacie and the team at Bernard’s managed to sell our house after the 4th time of us listing- trying other estate agents unsuccessfully first (in fact Bernard’s sold ours twice but one sale fell through). No other estate agents got us even close to a sale before and didn’t seem as invested in getting us a sale as they did. Their photos and marketing strategies were better and we had regular viewings with valuable feedback gained from them.
