We have just exchanged on a property purchased through Bernard's they have been proactive and professional throughout, while the whole team was great , there is a special shout out to Toni who handled the post sale work, who always kept us in the loop and maintained the communication between us and the sellers, which helped keep things moving, in those stressful moments.

Even once moving in, they have continued to be a pleasure to communicate with. I recently locked myself out of my new house and they were so friendly helping me contact the right people to sort it. GoogleI genuinely have nothing but praise for David and his team. He simultaneously sold our house and helped us get an offer accepted on our dream home all in less than a week. What I thought was going to be the most stressful process ever was actually surprisingly straightforward and dare I say, fun??? Not only that but David is just such a warm character with our best interests at heart and has completely flipped my perspective on estate agents (generalising here I know but we've used some before who were very pushy and only out for themselves in a very stereotypical way so it's been a breath of fresh air). Five stars just isn't enough 😁

GoogleChris was our main contact for sale and purchase. He, along with Toby and David, was always friendly, helpful and patient during our sale and purchase. They could always be relied on to get back to us if we had any queries. Chris and the team at Bernards worked extremely hard to get us through all the stages of buying and selling and we would have no hesitation in using them again.

GoogleI had four different estate agents round to value my flat. Chris, from Bernards, said that he could take photographs during the valuation, and if I was to go with Bernards, he could put the flat up for sale as soon as possible. I called Chris after all of the other valuations and told him we were going to go with Bernards - which was purely because of Chris being pro-active! He put the flat online (and on rightmove) around 8 o’clock that evening! I had three people view within the first few days and the first viewer offered asking price straight away. I sold my flat in six days. Chris was very helpful ever since our first phone call and I was delighted my flat sold so quickly - meaning we could offer/purchase a house we had seen.

GoogleDavid at Bernards is just great !, he worked hard from day on in the marketing and sale of my propety, it was a difficult and protracted chain, David cahsed it along without prompting and worked hard to bring it to conclusion, with great commication back to me at all times. I would reccomend Barnards and particularly David if you are selling (or buying) a property. !

GoogleDave was amazing the whole team are. They are proffessional, help you undetstand and gteat woth communication. We were selling my fathet in laws house, ive never sold or brought as house before so it was very conffusing and upsetting knowing we needed to stay ll my father in laws home. Dave was so reassuring, understanding and is always there when needed. If i ever needed to sell a house again I would use Dave at Bernard's

GoogleToby (Beagley) recently showed us around a couple of properties in our search for a new home. We haven't moved in 38 years and as such the whole process is rather nerve wracking ! However, Toby was very sensitive to our needs and wishes, he immediately put us at our ease and seemed to know exactly what we wanted. GoogleI walked past Bernard's yesterday and looked in the window at the properties for sale. I'm not usually a fan of pushy sales people so I was apprehensive going in, but I did see a house I was interested in so I popped in. I spoke to Dave and asked for some more details. I've honestly never felt so comfortable and at ease in just asking some general questions, without being pressured. I have gone away to think about my options but I will not hesitate to come back to Bernard's if I feel this house is for me.
