I have to say this is probably the nicest letting agency that I have ever dealt with. Exceptional customer service and very efficient. One lady in particular called Joanne was awesome, she literally went above and beyond for me and is a real asset to her team.In the end I didn't go through with taking the property as a different one suited my needs better, however I would be so happy to rent a property through this agency and just can't recommend them enough.

Friendly and efficient estate agent!

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, the agent that we had been dealing with on a private tenancy deal was off of work sick for an extended amount of time and we were left wondering what was going on with our application for some time - but one soft email back to a different team member though and our case was immediately picked up by Madeline! She dealt with us quickly and completely sped up and cleared up the process for us, calming a lot of our moving nerves that we had. They were very helpful throughout and within a couple of months we had some great tenants fully checked, deposits paid and in the house. The team kept us informed throughout and the fee was reasonable. Very flexible with options - we also paid for an inventory but not for long term management. Overall very happy with the service we received.

I have rented several properties over the past couple of years but this is my first time renting through Martin & Co and they have been absolutely wonderful! Will has been so professional throughout, from organising the viewing quickly to answering my many questions to maintaining appropriate social distancing during the viewing itself - I have been highly impressed with his customer service. Madeline has dealt with the admin side of things and has been equally responsive and efficient - I've managed to complete all the checks and referencing within less than 48 hours and I've no doubt that the rest of paperwork will go equally smoothly.
