Thank you for providing feedback. Unfortunately, I am unable to respond with any context without knowing your name or the nature of our relationship with you. I can however assure you that we not only abide by the law but as qualified members of The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) we go beyond this and adhere to their strict code of conduct. The lettings industry is heavily ladened with legislation and our staff receive regular training to keep up to date with this, it is not in our interest to bamboozle anyone. I am sorry that you do feel confused by the process, and I am sure your comments are borne out of frustration rather than evidence based. GoogleI was shown around my (prospective) new place on 12/10/21 by Joanne, I signed the Tenancy Agreement online yesterday 26/10/21 - absolutely no drama. But a whole team of folks were involved in the referencing & finalisation process, which was fine, Ruby, Madeline & Rebecca. I hope Iβve not missed anyone. Collect the keys in a few weeks. And I passed the property this morning. βLet Agreedβ board up - thatβs me! A great experience

GoogleMyself and another student viewed a student house today and the estate agent that showed us around the property, Liam Jefferies, was extremely friendly and helpful. He had all the information we needed to know about the property on hand and was very informative. It was so nice to have an estate agent that treated us like people and not just students. He asked what courses we were studying and if we were enjoying Falmouth. Overall, a fantastic viewing of a nice property, made even better by Liam.

GoogleI've just gotten a place through Martin & Co. The whole renting process starting with the viewing was very quick and easy. I was mainly in contact with Madeline, who was very professional and explained every step to me, and got back to me almost immediately every time I had a question, always with a friendly, helpful attitude that was very reassuring. Finding a place is tough right now and I am very pleasantly surprised and grateful to Madeline and her colleagues for making it such a painless experience. I am yet to pick up my keys but so far I am glad I went with Martin & Co.

GoogleAfter a long search for a property to rent, and contact with nearly every local real estate ageny, we found a place thanks to Martin&co. This is of no surprise, as we were very impressed by the personal treatment, which was kind and professional. The employyes we met truely saw us as invdividuals with certain needs and wishes, and only by that were able to be so helful and understanding. In particular, we wish to mention Madeline and Joanne, whose service was the best we could expect.
