GoogleMartin & Co have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I couldn't possibly recommend them more! My best friend and I are moving from Canada and of course the process of moving across the world can be overwhelming, but Liam has made the whole journey so much easier on us. Liam made sure all of our questions had answers and gave us so much advice on the moving process - I can't imagine doing it without him! If you're looking for a letting agency that makes you feel cared for and welcomed in your new home, you've found it with Martin & Co!

GoogleAfter struggling to find a house in Falmouth and looking for months to no avail, we found one listed by Martin and Co. that we loved. Liam from Martin and Co. promptly booked us in for a viewing. When we met with him he was punctual, professional and had great knowledge of the property. We decided to put in an application on Friday afternoon and by Monday afternoon we were progressing and signing paperwork. Liam was great at communicating clearly and effectively, which made the process really easy. One of the best experiences I’ve had with letting agents!

GoogleSwift, and simple experience in being a Guarantor. Some of the processes could be simplified for the students who are often experiencing arranging a let for the first time, but they were responsive to questions and helped them through, so not at all bad form my perspective.

GoogleAn exceptional experience house hunting with Martin & Co. With how fast the rental market, we thought a move from the Midlands would be near impossible but the team (in particular Ruby) have been excellent and proactive in not just supporting our enquiries but finding similar options. Their staff (Emily) also gave us a very informative tour which was both honest and insightful in terms of showing with Falmouth and Penryn have to offer.

Stay clear of Martins & Co, Falmouth, they have no support for tenants and only side with the Landlords. We have been in our property for 1.5 years, only for our landlord to drop in on us with news that he was selling the house. We had an agreement to start looking for a property, and he would help get us out of a 12-month contract early. However, Martins have now acted on this and used bullying tactics and a high level of entrapment. We are considering legal action. If you have a brain, STAY AWAY. THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED

GoogleIt was a great move renting our house with Martin & Co Falmouth. I thoroughly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We have quite a straight forward rental situation in a new property that we thought we could manage by ourselves. When we started we decided to try with Martin & Co in our first year and see how it went. It turned out to be the best decision we made. There were several unexpected issues that arose and Martin & Co helped us smoothly navigate them. They have a great network of tradesmen to call on when something needs fixing and maintenance issues were quickly sorted. They acted as an independent advisor for both tenants and ourselves. The staff are always pleasant, friendly and well informed about the progress of jobs. Thank you Jon Felicia and all the team.

GoogleI saw a flat I liked but could not view it as I live abroad. Emily kindly went over there (despite having other serious viewings in a busy market) and took time to thoroughly video the property for me , after asking me for a list of what to focus on for me! Other agents would insist on in person viewings even in covid but Emily and Kirsty were happy to help me as they knew I was a serious buyer. They have been professional and patient through a long , tricky process but we completed on the property today! I will use them again! very happy!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We also found it easy to get in contact with people who could help with any questions we had, and the team were very helpful in arranging for key collection. GoogleI cannot rate Martin & Co highly enough. As a team, they have gone above and beyond to help me find a new place to rent, and Ruby has been in constant contact with me with updates throughout. Finding somewhere to rent at the moment is hard enough, let alone with a dog, but the team at Martin & Co said they'd find me somewhere and they delivered on that promise. Extremely polite, patient and professional.

GoogleLooking for a place to live can be quite stressful, especially when renting, but Liam took all that stress away for us. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, he’s friendly, polite and doesn’t ever make you feel like you’re asking too many questions. GoogleWe had recently contacted Martin & Co to view a property for a 6 month tenancy. We were shown around the property by Liam who was very helpful. We decided the same day to submit an application and Liam was there to help at every stage of the tenancy. The application and referencing was very quick and easy with no hidden costs or issues. We would certainly use them again for any future rental or purchase. Highly recommended.

GoogleRebecca has been super helpful, and has definitely improved my experience with Martin & Co in the last couple of months. Rebecca is extremely helpful assisting in the communication between my husband and I and our tenants, especially negotiating the end of contract term, I’ve really appreciated her support. Susannah has also been helpful as our new property manager, in communication alone already a marked improvement on the last person. I am only giving 3 stars because my experience with Martin & Co overall hasn’t been great, but Rebecca and Susannah have helped improve my experience over the last couple of months.
