Good people to work with, but need to be reminded to follow up on certain things. E.g. I had to ask them to send confirming renewal letter with my tenants. As my tenants came to me asking if they could stay!

I initially applied for a home that was unfortunately fully booked for viewings, but Liam emailed me about another home and an open viewing the next day. After that, the process was so quick and simple and I'm now just waiting for the keys to my new home.

I had really pleasant experience with Martin & Co estate agency in Falmouth. I'm currently a student and moving from one house to another with all my stuff that I was carrying and it was quite a struggle for me. Sarah, which is one of the estate agent from Martin & Co helped me to move all my belongings with the help of her car which was an extremely kind and helpful.

GoogleConsidering the property chaos occurring in Falmouth at the moment, it is slightly miraculous that Martin & Co were able to help me find a property in the town itself. Responsive and open, they let me know what needed doing, as well as when and where it needed to be done, so I was never left stranded. Very happy with their service
