In particular, Liam really worked hard to help us and responded quickly to our inquiry. Not only that but he personally followed up with information about new properties. GoogleAvoid at all costs. As a parent with 3 children in student rental accommodation in various parts of the UK I have a great deal of experience with letting agents. These are the worst I have ever come across - and that is saying something.

I have been a landlord with Martin and Co in Falmouth for 4 years during which the team have been excellent. They have offfered help and advice when needed as a new landlord. I also sold my property with them and they were fantastic at helping with communication between solicitors and local authorities to help the process even though it is not in their job description. If I were to rent out another property I wouldn’t hesitate to use their expertise again and would recommend them to any friends and family.

By far the best estate agents to go through,They were more than helpful in amending issues with genuine care. Quick to respond and help and very patiently made the whole process easy to understand. As a student I felt they were respectful and personable, they didn't bombard me with jargon which made me feel comfortable that I wasn't being taken for a ride based on my status- something I have experienced in the past. I have no doubt as a family run business they take time & care to adapt their approach to suit the needs of their clients. I'm very thankful for their help & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free agency

Very good agent to look after a rental property. I've had a few issues with my place, but the team have always been on hand to get the right person involved, and flexible enough to work around my crazy life. At the end of the day, if you're asking an agent to look after your property they're going to charge you for it, and you may haggle of the odd percent here and there. Service should trump any concerns over the fees paid, and the staff at Martin & Co in Falmouth have been great for me on that level.Thanks all...happy to recommend.

GoogleI found myself in the unfortunate place of trying to find a new rented home 3 weeks before Christmas. I went into the office and from start to finish they could not help me enough. To start, taking all of my details to match me to a property ( there are no others that do this in town!) which matched me within 2 days. They helped speed up all the processes so that I was able to move into my new property on the 2nd January. The new property is absolutely perfect and every step has been handled professionally and with ease. I really cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for either a rental or new home buy.

GooglePaid their cheeky 'application fees', paid 6 months rent upfront, nurtured the garden back to health and treated the house as we would our own. In return we got poor service, unexpected and unfair call-out charges for an urgent plumber needed on a weekend, rude and incorrect accusations of our little dog's lack of house-training, plus an outrageous bill for a gas cylinder that we replaced just 48 hours before our departure. The agent attempted to take these charges from our deposit and would not rethink. We went through a very time consuming and stressful process putting our case forward to the DPS and eventually got most of our deposit back. Avoid!
